Update: It seems someone at this company does read reviews as they kindly reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund. A replacement is what I wanted in the first place - simple, and they made this tiny little problem right. I expect I will order again in the future.I actually like boomboom sticks. I ordered a package of three (I've ordered before) and two of the sticks are fine but one is dried up. This issue isn't going to break the bank but I wanted to reach out to the boomboom company and apparently they have no customer service, return, or replacement options. The product is great but why no customer service or return policy? If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for three items and should receive three items.

Absolutely LOVE my boom boom sticks! I use these religiously all year long. Especially in the summer when traveling and going to festivals! It’s perfect for clearing up the stuffiness from all the dirt/pollen floating around. Coming from someone with major allergies, these are the perfect pick me ups when I’m feeling stuffy in between my allergy meds. I will buy these over and over again! Lavender and wintermint are my favorites.

This was so refreshing to use. I used it during a stressful time with two kids being sick and it was great to pick me up. It calmed me down by opening my nasal passages. So far I have smelt the tropical flavor and it feels so good to breathe. Can’t wait to try the other flavors. I also want to use this when I don’t like smelling something. Thanks for an awesome product.

I’m a big believer in aromatherapy for anxiety, especially on planes, public transit, and just on the go. I really like the lavender and wintergreen scents, it feels cooling and is a nice way to calm down! These fit easily in you purse or pocket, I’ll probably keep one in my car too.The mint stick is better for focus and energy, as it’s a bit stronger. The tropical scent is a great fun flavor! Overall, I’d buy these again but would want to see how long they last.

Really like these! They’re so refreshing and soothing! Just don’t breathe and too hard your first couple of times using it until you see how strong each one is because a couple of them can be pretty intense. They may even burn a little bit, but it doesn’t last long and it doesn’t hurt. I finally used to be calming and you can breathe better than ever. The only con is the effect doesn’t seem to last long.

Powerful inhaler. Be sure to wipe down the inhaler before putting the top back on BC. The sides of the inhaler can get the powerful contents on the sides of your nasal cavity and you will not want to use it. But if you do this, it is a very effective inhaler and great to put in your bag or pocket
