Highly recommend!
Amazing product! I used to use Brita jug, and while it does the trick I was tired of always pouring water into the jug and then to a glass.Easy installation following instructions and amazing taste of water – if you don’t try it you won’t know the difference. It has 3 functions:1. Filtered water2. Unfiltered water3. Unfiltered water with a shower mode – amazing to wash things of easily

A really useful piece of kit.
We bought this to fill in until we could get a new permanent filter system fitted and I have to say I was really impressed with it. The wide range of fitting mechanisms meant that it was easy to fit even to our slightly weird sized tap. Setting it up could not be easier. The water quality is excellent and it is really useful having the counter to let you know how much water you have used. We have now fitted a permanent water filter but we shall certainly be keeping this one to take with us whenever we go on holiday.

Great choice.
Really improves the taste of the water. Our water often has an unpleasant taste and smell, like mothballs, and this does entirely remove whatever that is from the water. My hot water dispenser would have the nasty taste and the first cup would have to be thrown away but now I can fill the tank from this tap and every cup is good, even after sitting for hours which used to be a guarantee of a nasty first cup. The thing itself seems really clunky when you're installing it but once it's on the tap it's very nice to use, the selector switch is really satisfying and the 'shower' setting is a really nice feature which makes it seem much sleeker somehow. This one also has a counter to indicate how many litres has gone through the filter which keeps things simple. The cheaper one I tried was much fiddlier and more awkward. Really pleased so far and I'm very glad I swapped.

Water tastes great, easy to install and highly convenient especially if you live in a busy city.
The media could not be loaded. I am currently living in London where the water from the tap is very harsh and preferred not to drink it. I’ve been buying bottles of water for regular consumption and cooking - I felt this was very wasteful and non-eco-friendly (plus, carrying many litres of water regularly from the supermarket is a hassle). So, I decided to give this a try.I was unsure if this would fit the tap as some reviewers said it didn’t fit theirs. The fact that it comes with 5 different adaptors - I’m certain that this should fit most taps. It’s very securely fitted, zero leaks and totally stable. No foul or plastic smell. I ran the water filter on the setting for 1-2 mins as instructed in the manual and tasted the filtered water… And it is fantastic. I can’t taste anything in terms of chemicals/additives, water is totally clear and it’s very refreshing - for someone living off bottled water for a long time, I can say that it’s comparable to bottled water.Highly highly HIGHLY recommend! Brilliant purchase. The digital screen only turns on and counts down only when filtered water is running through it (it’s supposedly lasts for 3-4 months) - which is very convenient for planning ahead. I am so excited for it!

Filter is useless
I was really looking forward to using this because im fed up of keep having to refill my brita jug. The brita jug does exactly what it says, filters the water and you can taste the difference. This brita on tap filter doesnt actually filter the water, it tastes the same as the unfiltered tap water and you can physically see particles still in the water. Quite disappointing, i would have thought it would be better than the jug but im still using the jug.The ONLY reason i wont remove this brita on tap filter is because i like the shower function which is good for washing up and washing food. But for drinking water this was a massive disappointment.Bottom line: if you are looking for a tap water filter, dont buy this.

Be Aware
Hi there,I had a chat about this listing with Brita's customer service. Here's the response. The listing is sold and dispatched by First Person Medical and not BRITA UK. The OnTap is supplied to Amazon by BRITA in the US. It is a genuine product, though.

Only wish we'd bought it sooner!
Took a minute to figure out the installation instructions on our rectangular tap, but the adapter fit just fine and it's all worked flawlessly since then. Flavour is fantastic (the resident anti-tapwater drinkers are satisfied) and only wish we'd bought it sooner! Prefer this over a filter jug as it takes up less space and is one less item to clean. Lovely cold water and the litre-counter is very useful too, more accurate than the jugs and lasts for much longer as the jug filter needs replacing once month so creates more waste.
