Good book to start Azure Automation.
In the ARM portal lot of new capabilities are added for Azure Automation and this book has them in detail . Would recommend this to anyone interested in getting started with Azure Automation. The last chapter with use cases is especially useful for people who want to implement the service in large enterprises.

Not worth the money
Little description of concepts and more a guide of which buttons to press. I got nothing from this book.

Good If You're a Beginner
Being relatively new to ARM, I purchased this book because there aren't a lot of books out there which talk directly about it and I had more of an expectation that there'd be more discussion about ARM templates than just automation using the ARM model. I don't regret the purchase I just had higher hopes. I did find that the example screenshot very hard to read and used an inconsistent format which was frustrating, luckily the example pieces of code are available on GitHub but the reference to the repository is on the publishing page and should be located in the Introduction. The book might be worth having in ebook format and it is good for beginners, it leaves open the opportunity for another book but considering this stuff changes so fast, it might not be worth the time to write and publish.

Not Recommended at all..
This book is not even upto the standard. They are very basic in nature which you will find in numerous tutorials of Microsoft(MS documentation covers it all) and in mostly in Youtube. Bunch of snapshots of the azure portal in the book. I was expecting a bit more here and this is not even 5% of my expectation.
