Package arrived earlier than expected (GREAT)Does require assembly, be aware some holes for screws are hard to see. Not in a bad way as material punched very neatly. Direction arrow on seat base and on the bracket for the hydraulic raise/lower.Castors were a bit tricky to put in nothing major.Allen key with cross head screwdriver tip provided for assembly.Neatly packaged. Tons of wrapping/ bags etc.One thing did find have one bolt and washer one screw with blanking cap Nowhwere to go. So don`t get caught out. All bolts/screws in place so maybe a pack for several products ?Comfort fine removable lumbar support also head/neck rest.All seems good

No instructions however very straight forward to assemble. Extremely comfortable and amazing quality for the price. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase.

It is a very good product overall, considering the price and how much these chairs typically cost (branded ones). However, it was quite difficult to assemble as the holes that were created for the screws were poorly made. However, it was still assembled, although the arms of the chair are very frail and unfortunately one of mine has broken due to the plastic being able to break easily. Overall, I would recommend. However, it is important to take care of this product.

its a chair its pretty well built for the price comfort isnt great but still better then my old chair worst part is the sides on your thigh feel squashed but not to the unbearable degree. it does what it says plus if i can pass out in 5 mins after building it then its good for me

Purchased for my teenage son as a gaming chair and he loves it. (Said it was his favourite Christmas gift!) Really simple to assemble, the instructions were straightforward.

Was easy enough to assemble minus connecting the back rest to the actual seat, took around 1 hour in total but after 1 month of use the back support snapped so I checked and found one of the metal support beams (horizontal one) had snapped off and tore through the back do no longer stable/safe to use.

The chair is great, looks exactly like the picture, good quality. The only issue I had was there not being a hole on the left side for the screw to attach the cover so it’s hanging down and doesn’t look great. It would be ok if you used an electric drill to attach it

You get what you pay for, its a good chair if you dont really care about build quality. Its very flimsy and wobbely and not very comfy

il est super tout comme sur la photo, juste que au niveaux du "cuir" des trous pour les vises c'est un peu mal coupé mais sa ne se voit plus une fois monté

un siège avec un super look. mais très peu confortable (pour un adulte) .quelques petit défauts de conception .fauteuil a monter soi même ,mais les trous dans le simili ne sont pas présent, il faut donc tâtonner pour percer au niveau de la visserie
