This is more of a 4.5 star product, but I nudged it up to 5 because I use a few of their other products and they help me save.Overall it tastes just like celery. And from what I've read, because of the high water content of celery, you're getting a lot more "celery" ounce for ounce when in powder form. I'm not a big fan of the filler though. I messaged them and they said there's no way to make a celery powder without some type of filler or carrier, otherwise it would start to clump.

I got this because I read in a magazine that celery powder is great for your overall health. I am trying to keep my health up with getting older. I have a fruit blend powder I like to drink and so I just add this in. Easy to blend with my blender ball. I don't know if this relates but the interesting thing, if I add in the celery powder and drink it, on those days for some reason I am able to drink all 8 glasses of water with ease throughout the day, where as when I don't take the celery powder, I am not as good with getting all my water in.

Its okay. Its nothing like the real celery. I have to use hot solutions because it clumps in cold solutions. So I drink it daily in hot herbal tea (chamomile or Matcha tea). Its soothing. Its refreshing if you like the celery taste. Well, I do & its quicker than using the real celery. It does have the taste of celery.

I know this stuff works to cleanse the liver, but the taste is gross! If I can just add it to a smoothie with berries, the. I can get over the taste. With that being said, I know its potency is good because of the strong taste of celery!

Great product! Mixes really well with water. Nice tasting also. Have purchased twice, and plan on having it in the house all the time.
