Sell It Like Serhant: How to Sell More, Earn More, and Become the Ultimate Sales Machine Paperback – September 10, 2019

I am in hotel sales for a hotel group here in Delaware. I was feeling stuck and have followed ‘Million Dollar Listing’ for a long time. I especially love the fact that Ryan is calm, nice and just try’s to be himself but, very motivated. I left like I needed a purchase and some advice from someone who knows a little about real estate, after all, I sell smaller real estate but, it’s still selling. I am so glad I bought the book. I love the way he lays it out in terms that anyone can understand. It all goes back to kindness and keeping your eye on the prize. I’m not finished yet, 3/4 the way through but, it’s an easy read. As you can see, I have many pages marked so I can go back and revisit.

Say what you will about this book, I finished it in ONE day and have so many tangibles to put into practice now. I am a college graduate that is about to go into a new sales role, and I finally feel confident that there are things I can improve: taking initiative, yes-woman, be a friend first, confidence, follow-up, follow-through, follow-back, etc. So many great techniques.

Ima newly licensed real estate agent and I wanted to learn from the best. This book is informative and gives examples of situations. I did take 2 weeks to get through this book (adhd brain) but I finished it and I'm proud of myself!

It came on time and in great condition.

"Sell It Like Serhant" is a decent read that offers practical advice on sales from a seasoned professional, Ryan Serhant. His personal anecdotes are engaging, but the content occasionally feels repetitive. While I appreciate Ryan's expertise, I found the book to be just satisfactory. It's a solid read with room for improvement - 4 stars.

Excelente libre. Ryan Serhant es un crack, independientemente si eres un agente de bienes raíces o no, te ayudará mucho en el ámbito de la ventas. Este libro ha sido una excelente inversión de tiempo y dinero.

I love this book so much! It’s so entertaining while at the same time full of amazing advice for anyone wanting to be successful in sales or in life in general. I couldn’t put it down and didn’t want it to end. I relate to younger Ryan and I’ve been implementing a lot of what I’ve learned from this book and it’s been helping me a lot in my own business. The stories he told have stuck with me and inspired me to get out of my comfort zone. So grateful to have stumbled across his newer book Big Money Energy (which was also so good) which led me to this one. Can’t wait for him to write more!
