Solid board, nothing flimsy about this! This was bought for my son with autism. Rocking and twisting provides great sensory input, not to mention balance/ exercise. So not just for adults and the standard concepts of exercise, but I think these boards are great for special needs kids, and/ or even just little ones who need to work on gross motor skills and balance. Super fun!

This is a great product. Very sturdy. Easy to use. I put it off to the side and take it out to do a little 10 minutes of twisting and then off for my day. And then I get back on it at night for 10 more minutes. I can feel it working already. I ordered the orange core board, it is a nice bright color and it reminds me to use it each time I pass the room it is in.

It's a good low impact workout thats easy to do around the house. It keeps you moving. I do several 2 - 5 minute workouts throughout the day. If you are watching a movie on certain channels, or Hulu, you can get up and twist through all of the commercials.

It's a great little gadget once you get used to it. It arrived exactly when it was supposed to, and in excellent condition. The only thing I would like better is if it came with instructions. I know you can get them by going to the site and downloading them. There's also a DVD that accompanies it, but I don't know if it's a standard inclusion or is supposed to be purchased separately.Other than that, no problems.Pat craver

I love standing on these at my standing desk while working on a computer. I find that my feet get sore if I just stand in one position. Unfortunately easch one I've had cracks in the middle after about 3 months - I love the product just get the extended warenty!

I was pleased with the sturdy plastic. Nothing flimsy. I got right on it and had the twisting balancing action down in a matter of minutes. Very easy to use. I was surprised when the next day I really felt it in my legs and stomach. It actually works! I'm glad I bought the board. I love using it. No fuss no mess. I highly recommend this product.

Lower back pains after using it. I'm athletic and took caution to use it correctly and not too often, since I noticed that every time I used it, it bothered my lower back. I stopped using it and have been recovering. I never suffer from back pain before.

Used my friends in the past , loved the way it was working so had to get my own , great price , love the color , just a great buy
