I love her books! If you have never done perler beads before then this is a good intro into them. Clear easy instructions and great pictures that help you see what to do. Simple projects and not all are "girly" so guys might appreciate them ( I'm not a guy but my husband thought some of the stuff was cool). Nice selection of ideas for kids to use with Perler Beads. We usually use these books for ideas rather than copy the designs. Nice there are lots of designs that would appeal to boys as well as girls.

I am a teenage boy who LOVES to do Perler Beads. The Designs in this book are so realistic! My Top3 are the Luchador, coffee cup, and green 8-bit baddie. I am so pleased with this book. (I recomended it to my local library!)

If you have a pre-teen into perler beads this book is awesome for ideas. It shoes you how to make practical things, as well as silly fun things, like tissue holders, and hair accessories. Fun faun fun. My 10 year old loves this book and her perler beads.

My 9 year old daughter really loves Perler beading. I gave her this book as a gift and she loves it. This book is full of fun and cute designs, even some 3D styles.

Book is quite handy for ideas on small Hama bead makes- such as key rings etc. Tried a few designs myself and found that they didn't turn out the same as the pic- then realized that I was using standard sized beads, and the patterns seem to mostly be for midi beads. Though it is fairly easy to adapt the pattern. Good for keeping kids entertained, and has came in handy a few times for me when babysitting. Some silence was provided care of this book!
