Love the blue numbers
Not quite sure how to rate this. It's an attractive basic analog watch; I especially like the blue numbers. And my experience with the reliability and durability of Casio has always been terrific. But... it's huge. I am stunned to see the other review that states that this watch is too small and is suitable only for a child; I think the reviewer must have been reviewing some other model. This one is larger than any other watch I own, including a hand-me-down men's watch that I got from a friend. This is NOT a unisex watch and should not be advertised as such. But if Casio would make the same thing in a women's model, I would snap it up.UPDATE: When my smaller watch died, I finally started wearing this one. I've gotten used to the size, and now it looks and feels normal to me instead of huge. I adore the blue numbers--they make me happy every time I look at the watch.

Just what I wanted
I am an invalid and spend a lot of time watching tv in the dark, so I wanted a watch I could read in the dark. It isnt very bright but enough to be able to read it and it is also large enough to read easily. It is not beautiful but is good looking enough to wear when going out. It is just what I needed and I am satisfied with it.

Great watch!
I like how thin & lightweight it is. The blue numbers makes the watch more appealing!!

About as advertised.
The good: It seems like an attractive watch for a low-cost Casio and it definitely has a low profile so it sits very flat on your arm. It's a very basic watch with hands, which is what I was looking for.The bad: Mine arrived with a dead battery, so that's always a bad start. The band is fairly short and barely fits around my arm, but it should be OK. The watch has a cheap feel to it. Time will tell if it holds up.Verdict: It was about what I expected. I wanted a low-cost watch with hands that had blue numbers and this is it. I'm not super optimistic about the long-term life of it, but I have had luck with casio watches before so I'm going to give this one a chance.

Works in the pool!
This is my second watch like this. I wear it almost every day, including in aqua class. I like the size - big enough to read easily, but not too big. I originally bout this watch because I wanted an inexpensive watch to wear to the gym. I find myself reaching for it even when I am not going to the gym!

For the Price A Great Comfortable Casual Man's Watch
August 2018 Should have updated this review before. The thing stopped after about 5 months. You know, if you live in a humid climate the batteries will keep dying because the 30 meter water proof seal isn't enough to keep out humidity which lowers the high impedance of the inner watch workings which drains the batteries at a higher rate. I finally decided to get a 100 meter watch. I got a Seiko Solar Titanium which is working out great. For $20 this a Great Watch!I'm an amateur musician and so I hate to wear the Big Oversized Clunky Watches that they now sell for men... it is like strapping a Clock to your wrist! I'm a creature from the 20th Century, and back then (the Good Ol ' days) Men's Watches were only large enough to be noticeably larger than Women's Watches, and THEY were especially smaller back then also. These 20th Century watches weren't noticeably heavy and they didn't interfere with clothing, that is, they were entirely unobtrusive and you could largely forget you were wearing them until you wanted to know the time. As a musician, the weight and clunkiness of the Modern Man's Watch was actually slowing down my Left Hand -- I would have to take off my 'Wrist Clock' in order to play with any kind of confidence and comfort.then I remembered that back in my Marathoning days, I would wear a Woman's Sport Watch for the reason that they were smaller and lighter (because it has been calculated that Each Ounce of weight you carry in a Marathon will slow your time by about 13 seconds... and I would rather be laughed at for wearing a 'Girl's Watch' then give up 13 seconds in an important Race). So, now, in my current dilemma, of not being able to find a Man's Watch much smaller than my bedside alarm clock, I decided to Shop the Women's Watch Page, and that is where I saw THIS 'Unisex' watch. With a case diameter of 34mm it seems to be about the Same Size as Men's Watches were back in the 20th Century. It seems to keep excellent time -- I've kept my eyes on it for a couple of days now. the Phosphorescent Hands DO indeed glow in the dark (I remember such things from when I was a Little Kid, and so from Ancient Habit before I go to bed, I hold the watch up just inches from a Light Bulb, and THAT seems to 'charge' the Phosphorescent Material full of plenty of photons to give it Light all Night. Oh, but one Proviso... last night it was about 20 Minutes after 4 and so both the hands were lined up... well, looking at it, and remember the watch is BLACK and it was all very Dark, it appeared to be about 10 minutes to 10, and I knew that couldn't be right, BUT as soon as I reached my hand over and touched the watch I realized I had been looking 'off center', and so, if you want to know the time in the middle of the night, and the hands are lined up, just put your right hand's thumb and forefinger in either side of the watch, and you will be oriented enough to know were the Watch's Center is.Oh, I did buy another watch while I was waiting for this one in the mail... it was $55 compared to this watch at $20. It attracted me because it was even smaller -- 24mm says the Specs, but it measures 25. that watch would compare closely to the Anne Klein Women's AK/1371WTTT Two-Tone Expansion Band Watch which Amazon sells. I liked the watch for nostalgic reasons, as my First Watch when I was a small lad seemed about the same size. But, yes, after living several decades in this increasingly decadent World, where the size of Watches had been growing like some kind of a Cancer, well, the 25mm DID seem to be very 'petite' on my wrist, but on the Premise that 'smaller is better' I bought the thing. I soon got used the small size of it, and besides being small, their are no obviously feminine swirls, curls, cupids, hearts and arrows to give it away as any very 'sissified' girl's watch. Now, remembering that the Casio 34mm watch is only $20, and may even be lighter than the Anne Klein 24mm that cost almost twice that much, the Casio still deserves a 5 Star rating. but the anne klein, even for a man, has a higher quality look and its perceived value may be in the hundred dollar range... thought the Expandable Band is a bit tight (even the Ladies complain about it in their Reviews), but having some Engineering Experience, I just store it at night by sliding it down on a tapered drinking glass, and every night it stretches down a little further and a little wider -- even the best Spring Metal tends to relax and stretch when put to its maximum capacity). But for casual wear, I think I would prefer the Casio 34mm, as, well, it is thin and light and most unobtrusive and there is nothing positively 'ugly' or objectionable in its appearance -- it looks like a okay casual watch! And while it is inexpensive, the Movement is Made in Japan (where High Quality is still something of a hallmark, though I don't believe even They have cut expenses by downsizing their Quality Control, but the Cultural Habit of High Quality still must carry a great deal of Weight -- I feel the Japanese would feel Ashamed to produce and sell shoddy Merchandise), and only the case is dubiously made in China, where it seems that concerns for Quality Control fall way behind every effort to shave off any possible production expense (simply choose almost Any Product at random and read the 1 Star Reviews, and you will find 'Out of the Box' problems with Chinese Made Products, as well as problems with Early Life Failures of the Product, and even Flaws in a Product's Basic Engineering! Of Course, one can't entirely blame the Chinese, that while the Chinese Make all of this Cheap Crap, it is American and European Businessmen that Wholesale it and Retail it and pass it on to us Consumers, and if Governments weren't so 'In the Pockets' of Big Business, there would be Consumer Protection Laws that would make selling Inferior Products a Criminal Offense... for, after all, Making and Transporting this Stuff creates a Huge Carbon Footprint -- using up Finite Resources for crap that will just be Tossed into ever-shrinking Land Fills. But, all that being said, so far the Made In China Case hasn't come undone... yet, if it should break down, I will be assured to come back Here and knock off some Stars.

Casio is the best
I've been buying Casio watches for decades, they are the best. Durable, water proof easy to read, great for an active individual, love these watches.
