Cannot contact customer service. Amazon blames Aramex. KFD blames Amazon and no one wants to take responsibility for he short supply.

Great Product
Our camera system at work quit. I narrowed it down to the power supply. Amazon is hands down the best shopping experience online. This product was spot on and worked perfectly

Who would have thought an AC DC adapter can loose current output over time. My six year old adapter was outputting 12 volt but apparently not producing enough current (5 amps) to power my security camera DVR unit. This great value 4-pin adapter did the trick and saved me hundreds of dollar from having to replace my security camera system. Just make sure you're buying the 3-prong power cable version otherwise it won't work. Highly recommended buy!
