Overall A+, probably best all natural intra-workout supplement on the market
I've been on the lookout for an all natural properly dosed intra-workout supplement for awhile, I'm glad this one came on the market. I've been using for a week and am very happy with my purchase.I usually don't do supplements on my off days, but the BCAAs Lifted has in this supplement I feel keep me from going catabolic which has always been an issue with me during off days if I don't eat a ton of the right things.Goodbye glutamine supplements! I'll no longer be buying and taking glutamine because this is fully dosed at 3g - great money saver!I've never seen the coconut powder as an ingredient, but I assume it's for hydration which seems to be working.I was surprised at how good/sweet it tasted, not typical for an only naturally sweetened product.Overall, super satisfied with my purchase. Keep up the good work!

Performance was excellent.
Ordered both the Keep-up and Pre-up from this company. Love the fact that they list all ingredients and doses and do not just put a mass formula as a proprietary blend. These guys seem to be pushing the all natural flavoring. Not super important to me but its better than having artificial stuff in your supplements, so just an added bonus. Here is my review of the product itself:Taste - definitely good for a stevia sweetened supp. Doesn't blow your mind with some pina colada flavor like a lot of supps nowadays but i assume thats the point. Was easy to drink and it literally tastes cleaner than other products.Mix - mixed great. The powder was incredibly fine and mixed so easily. I was honestly shocked at how well it mixed. Also is a light pink color... which is a change from other products that are dyed like blood red (that cant be good for you). Looked cleanerPerformance - top notch. This stuff is really formulated well. 7 grams of BCAA is hard to find in a product. It has that plus glutmaine plus Coconut powder (something i havent seen in a supplement). No stimulants which is good cause i hit the gym at night often times. Sip on this thing during my workouts and it really does keep me going throughout an entire hour and a half workout. Gave me extra reps when I know i was tired from the day.Overall - Great product. I even take it during the day just to mix with my water to make it taste good. The coconut water gives me extra hydration and bcaa's and glutamine to keep your body from going catabolic. Worth the price for sure since it has 60 scoops per container.

Absolutely love this product, and really love this brand!!! As a fitness instructor and personal trainer, sometimes I have to go from teaching a 1 hour cardio class, to a 1 hour strength class, to a one-on-one client, without any breaks in between. This product keeps me hydrated and energized, while helping my muscles repair themselves and get ready for the next workout. A BCAA supplement is essential to living an active lifestyle, and the fact that this includes coconut water and is all naturally flavored/colored/sweetened makes it absolutely perfect! Hydration, muscle recovery, energy, all in one ideal package. "Keep-Up" is such a perfect name too -- it allows me to keep up with my crazy schedule, it helps my muscles keep up with me along the way! Love it!

Delivery was fast, as expected. I don't really care for the flavor; it leaves a weird after-taste in my mouth. I won't order this again unless they come out with another flavor that sounds good to me. What I do like, and why I'm finishing my container, is that it doesn't have artificial flavoring and sweeteners - that's hard to find in BCAAs!

this stuff is perfect. Easy to use
I can see people having a difficult time with the flavor for anyone not used to stevia, but for me, this stuff is perfect. Easy to use. I bring it in a little cup with a lid to the gym. Mix it up with water and use it during and after my workout. My recovery is noticeably faster than before. Placebo? Perhaps. But there are plenty of other believers out there.Worked for me. No stimulant effects! Yay!

Love this product! It was important for me to find something that did not have artificial sweeteners, and tasted good, I found it!Aside from the taste and meeting my ingredient requirements, I've seen some great strides in my muscle definition and growth using this product! I will definitely continue to purchase KEEP UP!

BEST BCAA ON THE MARKET
This is by far the Best BCAA on the market right now. The packaging is sleek and cool, and it is not packed with sugar so there is no crash ever. I fill up a big jug of water and mix this in and i drink it all day at work to stay anabolic. The natural sweetener is so much better than the sugar packed products that are out there. I will only drink Keep-Up from now on. Amazing product.
