Comfortable and works for a bent forward neck
I only had a little pain in my neck to begin with so I can’t comment on pain relief. But this did help my posture!I’m 5’3” and around 112 lbs. I have pretty big shoulders for my short stature (some short sleeves are tight around my shoulders and armpits) so I went with a S instead of XS. I have a dowagers hump. Which I found out from using this that it is probably caused by forward slumping shoulders and a weak upper back.The straps that go under my armpits are adjustable and got it to fit comfortably. I did adjust it a lot so I can also see how it’d be important to choose a size that will fit you comfortably. They do a good job of holding back my shoulders and this straightens out my neck. I do wear it for long periods of time and after I take it off I find it is training my shoulders and upper back muscles to stay in the correct place. The lower back part I can’t comment on because it wasn’t of much use in my case so I kept it loose.An extra perk is that when exercising, I could comfortably wear a weight vest over it!

Works. Aligned spine takes away pressure provides support
Got this in the mailbox 3 hours ago and it’s amazing... about having it on for an hour it took all the pressure off my back and neck aligning my posture correctly. I was about to adjustment my cervcal and thoracic veterbrae fully.Being 6”4 with a long torso, over the years I have had to duck with a lot of things that resulted in bad posture including anterior pelvic tilt, rolled shoulders and forward head tilt. It affects you way more than just physically. Got so tired of seeing photos of me with bad posture.This brace has helped me correct it with maintaining proper posture. It’s much more comfortable than other braces, however, you are wearing a brace. It does rub your arm pits a little but it doesn’t bother me.Thankfully it’s winter time and with a hoodie on, you don’t notice your wearing it.

Works really well
I've been experiencing alot of back pain lately from working on a computer for 8 hours a day then hunching over my phone screen when I'm not working (so basically bad posture). This brace almost immediately relieved my pain by making me hold my back and shoulders in the right posture.The waist strap gets a little uncomfortable (and makes me hungry sometimes hehe), but its really nice having the full back support. Having the extra fabric in the back keeps my shoulders back and down, which I really needed because one of my shoulders was sitting higher than the other. The arm straps also get a little uncomfortable if you tighten them too much and still have poor posture.***The important thing to remember is it will be uncomfortable if you sit with poor posture while wearing it, but that's how it's supposed to work. It helps to use the brace to guide you into the proper posture and start maintaining the correct posture yourself. What you don't want to do is "rest" on the brace and let it hold your bad posture; it takes some work from the wearer.

Worth It, Worth It, Worth It!!
I am a 5'7" female, roughly 140 lbs and I ordered the Large Brace based off of the size chart; when I tried the product on, the shoulder straps were not tight enough for it to pull my shoulders back however the waist belt fit perfectly. I contacted FlexGuard Support and not only did they get back to me super quick, they also suggested a different brace for me; they shipped a new one out to me immediately and I am so stoked on their customer service that I am writing a review early - my new brace is in the mail currently and from the conversation I had with their Support Team, I am confident that it will be the brace I need! Thank you for making this such a great experience for me!!

Very Cool Product!
It was adjustable in the right places, and so far, as long as I've kept to the instructions and recommendations - it's been comfortable enough to add to my day without feeling like it's not doing anything. I can definitely tell a difference between what I thought was me standing up "straight" and what is actually standing up straight - real difference. I'm going to keep up with it (some of the exercises I'm so not ready for yet! ) because I think it will help my sciatica and I really think it's going to be preventative medicine as I get older.

First Time Using - So Far It Is Fantastic!!
So I just got mind yesterday and tried it this morning along with the 3 workouts it gives in the brochure. So far I am extremely pleased and very excited! I've dealt with back pain for many years and I'm only 24 years old and once I put it on I could definitely see a difference in my posture and how my overall back felt (which is relieved!) As simple as the workouts are I definitely felt the burn in my shoulders as I repeated the steps. I have a super tiny waist (seen in photos) so I was afraid the fitting would be off but no they really did do a great job making it super adjustable.Thank you for making this brace and making it extremely affordable!

Great back brace
I hurt my back last fall, and I also knew that I have really bad posture. I tried a few other braces and couldn't find anything that worked. But this one did the trick for me. It fixes my posture, which was agitating my back injury. After wearing this brace regularly, my pain was soon gone. The brace did wear out with time, but I was really hard on it. When my back began to hurt again recently (after again injuring it because I'm dumb like that), I immediately ordered this same brace a second time. It's the only brace I want to use. I might even order another one just in case I tear this one up as much as I tore up the first one - then I can have an extra one on hand.

I have had shoulder problems all my life, and had to have multiple surgeries due to something called a shoulder subluxation (shoulders would dislocate every time i lifted my arms up). Actively work out to try to minimize discomfort even after surgeries. Due to my shoulder issues I've always had a bit of a slouch, and poor posture. Been having issues with my back lately due to my sublux, so i did some research and figured i'd give one of these a shot.Found this product on amazon.com with good reviews and figured i'd give it a shot. I'm very happy with the results. The package arrived sooner than the estimated date. Definitely worth spending the extra money to get a superior product. Very adjustable, fairly comfortable (although its not meant to feel comfortable with what it's doing..). I'm a pretty big guy, 6' tall 230lbs, in shape work out every day. I bought the XL and it fits me well, a tad snug but its meant to be like that. If i were much bigger the size may be a problem. If you don't know much about these sort of products, they pull your shoulders back, and help rid you of "hunchback" posture. It's fairly uncomfortable at first but don't let that deter you. After a couple weeks of wearing one of these devices periodically (i typically wear mine when i have to do work at my desk in my office, or during certain exercises) you'll notice an improvement in your posture, and reduction in aches and pains.Pros;- Well built- Fairly comfortable- Does exactly what is advertised- under 100$Cons;- Visible under clothing (under a hoodie no one would be the wiser)- Could use a bit more padding for shoulder/lats- Could use stronger velcro for waist

Excellent Product!
This is an excellent product. It delivers what it promises. While it acts to continually be a reminder to correct and thereby help hold proper posture, it also aids in helping to keep the body memory of that alignment, even when it is not being worn. One minor concern is that it does tend to cut a little under the arm, but not excessively so (not to the point of inhibiting the wearing of it over a long period).

The item is far from its utility than as advertised in your brochure. My spine and belly sag down as usual in spite of wearing it. My money's value wasted.
