Happy with this as inspiration...
After completing a 12-week self-help guide in another topic (creativity), I decided to search for a new 12-week self-help guide. The 12-week guide is especially useful during Stay-At-Home Orders from my state (Covid-19 pandemic). I enjoyed the YouTube videos I saw, and decided the author's works and words would be a good start to inspire change and adherence to new habits. The book really is designed for a market in India - its multi-lingual approach has me tracking down words and phrases using Google translate (Laikh = 100K), and considering lifestyle changes that would promote eating foods native to the area I live, being active, and acknowledging that all change is hard. The advice in the book feels sound, the book has already begun to inspire personal changes to my fitness. I feel the price of the book was well-worth the information and inspiration inside. If I make it to the 12 week mark, I'll update the reviw.

Another enlightening book by the author
Once again Rujuta takes us back to our basics and takes focus out of weight loss and drive towards better health. The side effect of that is weight loss

Poor research, redundant information!
I can’t believe that this was even published. She quotes research by Ancel Keys that has been dismissed uniformly by the scientific community for its biased and faulty methodology. There is nothing new in this book so don’t waste your time and money!

This is a book to begin with your weight loss journey and a step closer to a healthy lifestyle.
