Fried Garlic 1 Lb

Exactly what I wanted. Crunchy and very flavorful.

Ironically had a mildly garlic flavor, despite being nothing but literal garlic. The granules are a lot smaller than I anticipated. Went great in mashed potatoes and, the original reason I ordered these, as a ramen topping. Might work well in one of those parmesan jar shakers; they're dry even though it's fried. There's a lot, so it'll last long (and at less than $10 for a lb it's a great value). Store in a better sealed container though, the resealable bag gets sticky from frequent use.

This fried garlic is AMAZING!! Smells awesome, a strong pure garlic aroma. Not greasy, and nicely crispy. I added some to a jar of chili crisp and OH MAN!! DELICIOUS!! I had some with eggs and hash browns, soooo deliciously garlicky!!! I added it to quinoa with veggies and it was delicious! I know garlic is good for you, and with this fried garlic I can see me eating it very often. I just bought a 2nd bag to stash away because this one one last! I will be vampire proof for life!

EXCELLENT!! Full of flavor. Easy to add & get great flavor to any dish. Hated original packaging so I placed mine into a mason jar!!! Seems quite fresh. Didn’t like seal on packaging.

Honestly I might be a little obsessed with garlic, but dang this stuff was great! I added it to anything that might have a little excess liquid and needed a rich punch of garlic-y savor (everything!) Fantastic in soups, sauces, rice, and orzo salad. Really I didn't find anything that it didn't enhance. Also it could be super handy if you're in an unexpected battle with the bloodsucking undead, or if you like being that one person in a group that the mosquitoes give a pass to unless they're desperate. Any way you look at it, it's a win win. Flavor enhancement, armament, or pest control- be they insects or pushy guys, this is a great value!

Good product. Had not used fried garlic before but wanted to try after seeing it in a couple recipes. I now use it for a lot of different items. I even sprinkle on fresh salad. Share some with a couple friends and they then purchased.

I thought I was ordering sliced garlic but instead received chopped dry garlic instead, my mistake. What I used them for is topping on salads, meats, side dishes, soups, etc. They have a nice, mellow taste, not strong or garlicky. I put them into a grinder and use them in different recipes too. They're better than the powder stuff you buy at the store and taste fresher. I like them and will order more in the future. For a mistake they turned out great.

Love this product! I love it doesn't add wheat like some of the others and is priced right. This is before the tariff war so I don't know how that sentence will age. Anyway, it is definitely garlicky. It can get a little spicy as garlic does. A staple in my home. It 100% smells like garlic and nothing else. Sprinkle it on everything and enjoy!
