Perfect blend for biracial hair!
As a biracial cosmetologist with 3b/3c curls, this has been the best product I have ever used on my hair. Soft, shiny, perfect separation, soft/medium curl cast, and most importantly, it doesn't weigh my curls down! Seriously, can't recommend this product enough! It has nice slip, a neutral but pleasant smell, and it lasts for 4-5 days before my next wash and reapply. I have tried it on it's own and with curling gel and they work great. I also use a curl separating brush but have used this as a wash and go look and it's also good. Obviously the brush lasts longer but now I need them to make a matching shampoo and conditioner!

Good on extremely frizzy curly hair
I have biracial thick, frizzy, curly hair. In the past, I used the pillow, soft gel, and the pillow soft lotion. I used those till they ran out and they worked really good on my curly hair. And I thought to try something new. This one was more moisturizing than the pillow, soft curl lotion. But I feel like the pillow soft made my curls obviously softer and defined my curls better. This stuff works good too, but I still use gel along with this. While the pillow soft curls made my hair softer, my curls wouldn’t last as long. This one helps with my frizz, and my curls last way longer. I do recommend! this smells like a lemon cake, and it is a very good value for the money. Lightweight and not thick on my hair type.

Curly Hair Cream
Smells good and has a soft texture. Works better if you also use a blow dryer to defuse.

Worth a try if you’re having a hard time
Finally a good product for my thick, dry hair! For background, my hair is extremely coarse but thin in amount of hair. This is a product that doesn’t weigh it down or add frizz. I usually have to work my hair by fingercoiling or scrunching and then diffusing. I predict in a couple months of consistent use my hair will be a lot healthier and will form more curls on its own.

Works perfectly for my son’s mixed-texture curls!
I use this on my son’s hair—he’s half Mexican and half Black—and it works so well. His curls are a beautiful mix of textures, and this is one of the only products that brings out the definition without making his hair feel heavy or greasy. It keeps his curls soft, shiny, and manageable, and it really helps with frizz. I usually use it on wet hair after washing, but it also works great for refreshing his curls in between. So glad we found this—it’s a keeper!

Perfect for wavy hair & coils, not too greasy
My two littlest are mixed race and have beautiful coils. My two oldest are white and have beach wave type curls that just look like frizzy hair without product. This godsend works for both. The littles just use more of it, but it's not too greasy for my white kids' hair.

Opened in transit
Love the product (curls are soooo soft!) but it wasn't properly packaged and leaked out all over the inside of the package and the other products inside.
