Bob's Red Mill Organic Corn Flour, 22 Oz

I love the corn flour. When I make corn bread I mix equal amounts of flour and meal. It makes for a less gritty more cake like texture. Bob's is nice because they have organic corn flour and meal.

I have tried for years to make chicken enchilada soup that doesn't have the gritty texture that masa harina adds. Bob's Red Mill corn flour is perfect for making this soup. It lends a subtle taste of corn and no grit. My only regret is I didn't find this sooner. This is a wonderful product for me.

This cornmeal is great tasting and no GMO's

This is great corn flour, but the supposedly resealable package won't reseal. So it has to be clipped or go in a ziplock bag.

I am new to baking bread, but this flour is very good quality.

This product used to be available in grocery stores and I can only find online. This product is so superior for making your corn bread from scratch. Your bread comes out with a better flavor and is smooth. I have had people mistake my corn bread for a cake its that good.
