7 in 1 USB C Hub

Absolutely perfect for the Job. Made using my mac even easier. Everything connects really easy. Good port variety including the essential usb ones. Well made and great value. Highly recommend.

A nice little extension for the iPad, however it does suffer from a little loose connectivity at time and if brushed against at all even with the slips on (which must be removed for most cases too) I also notice a bit of power drain and heat from the module when it has accessories plugged into it, which always worries me, but i dont have it permanently attached so i found a compromise there in removing it when not in use. Would like to try other products out there to know how to rate properly if honest, however I think this is a good bit of kit to have to work with so no major complaints!

Great product which helps get around the fact that the IPad has terrible access for other items to be attached. Great piece of technology. Would recommend.

IF YOU ARE AN IOS MUSICIAN and need to connect interfaces or hardware then look no further. I have lost count of how many USB hubs for IPad Pro that I've purchased cheaper than this. Lot's are on offer on eBay but none of them ever worked for me, neither did 2 others from the Amazon Basics (GOTO) range (I received a full refund for one of them). Some don't work at all whereas others last a week or so and then break off at the USB C type connection. This product is different. Previously Apple made their stand with the Lighting Camera Connection Kit (don't buy cheap imitations ad iPad recognises the kit as Apple branded). This seamlessly worked like nothing else and had that perfect connection that was quite capable of transmitting Audio and MIDI over USB. Now USB TYPE C??? DUH, NO HEADPHONE(MIC) SOCKET??? All of these "issues" and more such as 4K awesomeness have been mastered with this small durable device that sits on the side of your iPad Pro (2018). Looks great with a pulsing white Led to let you know that you are connected properly. I haven't seen anything like it with all and MUCH more than Apple's Camera Connection Kit (Lightning). It does more than the job!!! Allot of thought and the correct components have been put into this, not to mention the added support for data transmission with an extra USB type C port capable of more than just headphones. FINALLY A USB HUB THAT FITS ALL IPAD PRO (2018) CASES!!! Even my ZTop cover that is thicker than most fits perfectly thanks to the design and development of this Premium yet reasonably priced USB HUB. NOTHING LESS THAN OUTSTANDING!!! Purchased this items as the reviews seemed positive overall. Arrived poorly packaged but overall build quality seemed good.. this is where the good points end. Connection too the iPad was consistently unstable regardless of how you centre the movable rails on either side. Making the product essentially unusable. Ports were overly stiff and the main collector too the iPad was loose… When the power delivery usbc feature was tested it began to smell horrendous. Disconnected immediately and returned for a refund as it is clearly defective and I would not recommend attaching this too an iPad if you value it at all as the damage potential is massive. Avoid at all costs

I've had a few of this type of thing, Usually the ones with the wires. I did wonder how this would work with it being designed to fit directly to the iPad. I have a 13" M4 iPad and while the supplied plastic stabilisers don't quite fit the exact width of the device it's still pretty stable. I find I have to tuck one end of the stabiliser inside the case and it feels pretty secure. I'm a musician and this adds a much-needed headphone port to the iPad as well as USB and an HDMI for connecting to an external monitor. All of the ports I've tested so far are working well and I'm hoping that not having a lead wobbling around will help with the longevity of the device. I've had a couple of others fail and I always suspect its because the lead has broken inside. Overall I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you are as frustrated as me that your iPad "pro" doesn't have this stuff as standard.

When i connect this adaptor to my ipad pro and then put it onto the magic keyboard case, the electrical connectors wont connect, the fins on the adaptor are to thick and prevent connections so i dont know who said it does work with the magic keyboard but it wasnt correct as of the new 2020 ipad pro 12.9”.......

This is a really good design and is very compact. It works nicely with the the iPad flat on a table with no wobble like you would get with other design and fine to hold in the hand. When working with the keyboard attached however you need to remove the holders as they say, otherwise it disconnects the smart connector and the keyboard no longer works. This makes it slightly unstable, especially with the HDMI cable attached and I’m nervous about the strain put on the USBC connector. There is a work around by just using one of the holders and sliding it further down as I show in the picture attached.
