I have recently tested multiple forms of magnifying glass for reading small print. None of them have worked very well for any but the shortest length of time reading without making me start to get a headache. This is due to my being forced to move the magnifying glass back and forth across the page, which swaying motion makes me somewhat dizzy. I was therefore delighted and relieved to discover these particular magnifying glasses which are made to fit over regular prescription eyeglasses, on a similar principle with the sunglasses I own that fit over my eyeglasses. Because they are perched directly in front of my eyes, I can read normally without having to manually move a magnifier back and forth across the page.As promised, these magnifying glasses fit well over my eyeglasses and feel light and comfortable on my face and hooked over my ears. They work well to magnify tiny print on labels and the small print inside mass market paperbacks, which I had previously not been able to read for years.Finally, these magnifying glasses are quite attractive looking. They are made of some kind of clear, shatterproof plastic, perhaps plexiglass. They come with a protective, black, drawstring, cloth bag as well as a sturdy, hardshell, zippered case to protect them from scratching and breakage if one carries them in one's purse or backpack.All in all, I am well pleased with this purchase.
