Poor quality, somewhat good support
The media could not be loaded. Overall the mop is shaky and doesn’t look robust. On the second use started to slip the spin (on video). As one guess, it is useless in this case. I wrote to the support and surprisingly they offered to change it, though they did it in three days. During these three days I disassembled the mop and using some double sided tape fixed it myself.Well after couple of weeks of emails SpotZero sent me a replacement mop even though I told them that I sort of fixed the one they sold me. Having another one I see that the first one indeed has a defect, so customer service is in fact does good job.

Poor quality, delayed response from customer care, trying to override warranty terms
Product quality especially the mop spinner head and mop handle is pretty bad. Customer service sent me replacement of the spinner rod, but the first replacement turns out to be same as the original one. 2nd replacement worked, but then I found grips from one of the mop head is missing thus not allowing the mop head to be in place. 2nd mop head was good. So I asked for replacement mop head since I paid for 2 mophead as part of the package, but now they are saying mop head is not covered under warranty; which is no where mentioned in product listing as well as there page. It took me 3 months to get this answer. Stay away from this one.

Worth the money
The product was working fine for almost 10 months with regular use. Recently the spinning me has in the rod got damaged. When I raised the complaint they immediately replaced it. Customer care is good.
