I have the 120 watt panel and 60 watt panel so I can compare them. Both are identical except the 120 watt panel has twice the panels and folds into 4 sections while the 60 watt unit is a clamshell design. These are nicely rigid with excellent build quality with built-in handles cut into the material. The top surface on the panels is lightly textured and feels like it won't scuff or delaminate like typical folding panels. Included is a big back of accessories that plug into the 19v ball connector - MC4, alligator, cigarette, USB and a set of tips for compatibility with most battery units. My only complaint is the MC4 and alligator have pretty thin 18 gauge wire and although it's a very short run, I'd want those to be beefier. I'm using these to charge my Goal Zero Yeti 1000 lithium. Use the yellow 8mm tip and it works great. I have a pair of Goal Zero Boulder 100 briefcase panels that I used as a benchmark to see if a much lighter, smaller folding panel could perform as well as a heavy glass and aluminum panels. Short answer: absolutely and I think these are a much better option for a portable system like the Yeti. I could carry the Yeti and both folding panels (60 + 120w) easily in one trip while the GZ panels are quite large and heavy. The panels seem like they could handle a bit of rain but the junction box is the weak link with all panels so I'd avoid getting this very wet. The main upsides to a glass panel is they can dissipate heat better are are generally going to last a long time (20-30+ years) while a folding panel may not last as long but only time will tell, I'll update my review as time passes. I tested these in Mid march at 12:40pm in CT on a day with clear skies with just minimal haze tilted towards the sun at 45 degrees. Plugging the panels into the built-in PWM and optional MPPT module 8mm ports on the Yeti, here is what I measured for max output on the Yeti's screen: 60w TP-Solar panel - 45w MPPT (37w PWM) - 75% of rated input with MPPT 120w TP-Solar panel - 86w MPPT (77w PWM) - 72% of rated input with MPPT 100w Goal Zero panel - 77w MPPT (65w PWM) - 77% of rated input with MPPT Goal Zero panels output a tiny bit more for their rating than these panels but these variances are within the margin of error for my tests since the panel angle or clouds could cause a few percentages either way. These tested very well and were consistent between the two panels. If you look at the photos, you'll see just how thin these are. I held the 60w + 120w panels next to the GZ panels and these together (180w) are less than half of one side of the GZ panels so these are probably 20% of the thickness and much smaller overall. For a portable setup, I'd pick these every time. USB charging was very fast though there is no USB-C output, just two USB-A. My only complaints are these do not have any sort of kickstand so you need to lean these against something to angle them, or lay them flat and take a hit on output. The carrying case is a bit tight on the 120w panel but I honestly won't even use the case because the panels fold in so they are protected (unlike the GZ panels where the solar surface is out when folded). I bought a pair of folding document stands that do a nice job of angling these and holding them securely so that's a good option. Overall, I really this this style of folding panel better than the fabric covered versions that feel like toys. These are also better than larger flexible panels because those are floppy and can be damaged easily. This design basically gives you the advantages of a flexible panel with the compactness and protection of a folding panel with none of the compromises. Super impressed. The only question is which size to get. The 120w panel is a better value and doesn't feel much heavier or thicker than the 60w version but does take a bit more coordination to fold and unfold since it's a W shape. The 60w version just unfolds and you're ready to go. Either is great, just depends on your use case but I'd always recommend more panels because you never get near the rated output.

Compared to the Jackery SolarSaga, the Top Solar SolarFolio is essentially the same product for half the price. I wouldn't be surprised if they came out of the same plant. They are extremely similar. The build quality is a step above, the plastic and fabric seem well constructed and included magnets and rubber port seal are good additions. It comes with a variety of cables and connector adapters, and the cables sizes and adapters are paired in such a way that you can't mix a cable with an adapter that isn't meant to be matched. Like for example, you can't connect the jumper terminals to a car battery and use the 19vDC direct output charge cable with it. That would fry the battery. Those terminals only fit the smaller 14.4v charge cable designed to be used with lead acid batteries. Very nice forward thinking. Packaging is top notch as the entire thing is padded with a soft zip-up case with an extra sheet of padding for the panel itself. And of top of that the case itself comes zipped up in a plastic bag that isn't very durable, but still better that nothing. The box itself is sturdy as well and folds securely. The power output of the panel seems impressive even in low light. It has no issues charging phones or tablets and will go back to "slow charging" 5vDC mode if the sun isn't bright enough. That's certainly better than just turning off the USB ports. That goes to show attention to detail in the charge controller design to be fully compliant with USB PD standards. The panel has a switching voltage regulator to maintain the USB and 14.4V DC outputs. I have seen a video of it producing a squeaking noise. That is normal for switching MOSFETs to sometimes produce lower harmonics of the multi-kHz switching frequencies, depending on how hard the circuit is working to maintain that output voltage. Driving around in my car as the relative angle to the sun changed, I could hear the charge controller squeaking which means it was simply doing its job. In a 2 hour session of driving and parking on a sunny day, I was able to charge a completely dead iPhone to over 90%. That's pretty impressive. I tested both the 60w and 100w versions. A great value.

I originally bought these panels as somewhat of an experiment. Having them for a week or so now, I can say for sure that the experiment was a success! What I originally wanted to do was have a panel that could charge my phone or Anker batteries even with minimal sunlight. And when I say minimal, I mean Vancouver BC in the wintertime minimal. The design seems quite rugged, and even at 6:30 this morning on a cloudy day (summer in Vancouver, go figure), I was able to start charging my phone. This is what we call "overpanelling", but I think thats completely fine given the nature of what I'm trying to do. Excited to get my Jackery 240 and test it with this soon, but for now I would say this is a strong purchase and I expect the panel to last me many years to come :)

Easy to set up, easy to use and has provided quick and cheap power to off grid caravan leisure battery and iPhones etc. Very pleased. The panels have to be turned to catch the sun for full charging so it can be a bit fiddly for the guy it’s time but this is a great bit of kit for going off grid👌👍

I bought the 120 watts panel to charge my Goal Zero Yeti 500x. The panels are rated at 19V and my yeti can only take a maximum of 22V, which means there should be no issues. However when plugged in there is no charging. If I use the supplied 19V step down adapter I get some input in to the yeti, however it's at a reduced output of around 45 watts which is unacceptable. This probably means the panels are actually working at a higher voltage than 19V. Not sure if this is an isolated fault in the panel I bought or if these panels are incompatible with Gz Yeti 500x's. Another issues is there is no contact details available for TP-Solar, therefore no-one to discuss issue with. Tried calling Amazon and they no nothing about the product. It is a shame because the panels look well built, and lightweight.

Segunda reseña : Después de probarlo con mi Power Bank he de decir que es muy eficiente,la puse a las 18:30 de la tarde que no es quizás laejor hora para probarla pero hacía un solazo,los resultados me sorprendieron para bien,llegó a cargar picos de 95w que está más que bien. Se mantenía muy bien entre 75 y 80w. Me imagino que a las 12 de la mañana a pleno sol pillará valores muy superiores a estos. Recomendaría totalmente su compra tanto por calidad-precio como por efectividad.
