Quality product - with bad after sales /customer care
A little known brand in India though well known in Asia-Pac and USA.. Fast delivery. Batteries were drained out of the box! Manual is badly written. Installation video by Australian division online was helpful. No local customer care numbers or email. Made in Korea. Chinese, though has issues with quality.. They are leaps and bound ahead w.r.t. Pricing and features... Godrej, Harrison, Yale, Schlage and Samsung need to up their game or cede the market to these chin guys... Sad...
