Not Microsoft Office compatible.
The pad arrived quickly and was easy to initially set up. Everything was fine until I tried to download and install Microsoft Office 365, which was an app that I needed to install.After jumping through all the usual hoops needed it came up on my screen that the pad was incompatible for the app. I tried downloading Outlook on its own, which I was able to do from the Play store, but it simply would not connect to my email provider at all.I don't know if the problem was with the pad itself or with the operating system version installed. Amazon was unable to help me, they called Huawei but they put the phone down on the Amazon rep.I had no option but to return the order to Amazon for a refund. I've purchased a replacement pad of a different make and all apps have been installed without any problems at all.

Hi,I bought this tablet because I didn't want to spend a massive fortune on an Ipad. I wasn't expecting something big but the product doesn't match my expectations.The product itself looks a bit plasticky and the sound quality is not the best.Overall it does the job and you don't necessarily have to spend a lot of money to have an 'okay' tablet.

Go with Apple or Samsung if you can afford
2 days in seems OK. Arrived with a USA plug as this was not mentioned prior to purchase. Fortunately I had an adapter. Alternatively you can remove the plug head. But annoying you have to do. Charging is personally slow. This was my first electronic device that wasn't apple or Samsung so took a while to navigate... signing in is lengthy. I would personally get a Samsung or apple tablet if I knew what I knew now.
