Ordered this massage gun after my occupation therapist used a similar gun to treat my piriformis syndrome (lumbar region muscle). His was a $400. professional model. This Playmaker gun was just within my budget. It is every bit as powerful and effective as the professional model. It is about as heavy (a good thing) as the professional model. It is a little noisier and rattles slightly more, but for personal use the gun is great. I can't begin to describe how effective if has been over the 5 weeks I have used it! Anyone who complains that this model is too noisy doesn't really have that much pain to begin with. The battery life is super. After an hour's use the % has not dropped below 90%. I don't really know how long it might last on a charge, but I can't imagine running the the battery down in one session. Attachments are comparable to my therapist's gun and pretty much cover any muscle size or location. The attachments fit very tightly, so much so that pulled the small foam ball off it's connector. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement with in 2 days! Great response. I applied a very thin coating of vaseline to the base and have been able to change attachments quite efficiently. I waited this long to review this to get a real feel for the product and not not give a knee jerk reaction to it. IT IS THE REAL THING! I plan to use it regularly for a long time.

This works like a charm for sore muscles and even areas with chronic pain. I have constant pain in neck and shoulders that this eliminates after a few minutes of use. It works faster and better than anything I have tried previously.

Where to begin! I am hesitant to buy any massage products--- they normally don't get enough power/force or just aren't what you are looking for in terms of massage therapy.The amount of time I spend on massaging and recovery has been cut in half and more effective. Foam rolling is great, but takes time and the use of your whole body to get it done. You also can't get to every spot needed that may require more precision. The 6 speed settings are great and the long battery life is helpful for longer sessions! Oh, and it's pre-charged so you can use it right out of the box!Definitely worth the buy!

This is a great tool to relax tight and sore muscles. The six levels of settings lets you start out with a fairly aggressive vibration and ratchet up to a high revolution buzz to finish off. My wife and I used it right out of the box with ease and plan to use it 3-4 times per week after workouts, after exercising, and at bed time for a good nights sleep. The construction is very sturdy, so we expect it to last many, many years.

I can’t give this a five star as it doesn’t exceed The performance of the market leaders like HyperIce. That said, for the price it is a really great alternative. Would be nice if the arm extended a bit further to get a little more power behind each stroke. If you are looking for an affordable option that performs well, has great battery life and you need it to tackle sore muscle areas after a workout, this is for you. If you have some trouble spots that need a good beating, it might be best to upgrade to a more powerful unit.

Percussion indensity very adjustable for user preference. Design easy to use while driving preventing muscle fatigue / cramping on long distance travel. Motor long lasting and powerful that it does not pause when pressue applied for deep muscle massage. Recommend.

But i haven't noticed much healing speed decreased. But when my muscles are sore it is addicting at how well it feels. words dont describe how good it feels to get soar muscles messaged like this. Again, havent noticed much healing speed decreased.

Something glitchy in the massager as the LED lights will some times come on and flicker for 1/2 a second then it’s a paperweight. I bought it in Feb 2020 and it died in November. I would like to return but Amazon says the return window has closed

This Playmakar Percussion Massager came highly recommended and lived up to expectations. It is really excellent for working knots in sore muscles. The package comes with a number of useful attachments. The rechargeable battery keeps a charge very well. The six speed settings are easy to use and adjust. Highly recommend this product for quality and relaiability

I bought this to use on my horse, so I needed something lightweight, fairly quiet, cordless, and good battery life. It meets all those requirements and no complaints. The multiple attachments are nice to have, I have used it for about 2.5 hours over 6 different occasions and only used a quarter of the charge on it.

like someone punching rapidly on the surface of your skin. can’t feel my muscles being relieved. gives more pain than relief.on the other hand, easy to use and battery life is long

Has scratches, etc on the massage gun and some of the bags were opened.
