I needed this item because my left knee went out & I was in alotta pain. Thankfully! These came just in time! I had this item many years ago ad was delighted to get this back w a much improved oval design. What's even more awesome is the item comes in 2 ice packs & I needed to use 1 right after the other so great. These ice pacs freeze quickly and mold well around my knee. I use it on my neck to, wherever I need icing. These ice ensemble saved my life and the velcro really sticks! I had to get up on a ladder wearing 1 for pain and the ice pack stayed secure the whole time. Great Product!

These Medvice gel packs are a lifesaver for aches and pains. Whether I needed cold therapy for swelling or a bit of heat for sore muscles, these packs got the job done. The adjustable strap is super convenient—it stays put and allows me to move around while treating an injury (multitasking win!).The gel packs are flexible even when frozen, which is great for contouring to knees or shoulders. However, I did notice that they don’t retain heat as long as I’d like—about 20 minutes tops before reheating is needed.Overall, they’re sturdy, easy to use, and effective. With a little improvement in heat retention, they’d be perfect. Still, a solid 4 stars for how versatile and handy they are

This ice pack is very convenient. The ice packs are flexible and soft.They fit easily into the sleeve and are easily held into place with the velcro strap.I would like a larger six by six option.

Love that it comes with 2 and that it also comes with a wearable support strap. I've only used them for cold so far, but the cold lasts and does the job. I def recommend!

These are good quality ice packs that can also be heated. The strap works really well. Was able to keep strapped to my knee while still being mobile/walking.

The hot/cold pads are very Sturdy and well constructed. The velcro support band has just the right amount of elasticity to give firm support to prevent the pad from slipping. Yet it is not too tight. The pouch is well constructed and won't let the hot/cold pad slip out. I am using these after shoulder joint surgery and they work quite well.

I purchased these ice packs back in October 2024 (it is currently April 2025). These ice packs lasted about 6 months before I had to throw them away. In the beginning the ice packs worked perfectly. They stayed put when using the velcro and they held their cold. I was using them to wrap around my knee however eventually from bending them around my knee they started leaking the gel. I suppose from the constant freezing and bending they cracked. So I had to throw them away. So although they are flexible and you can shape they to wrap around the area you need iced, over time the bending of them causes them to tear and the gel to leak.
