Very pleased with the texture and flavor.
This takes me back to my childhood. I remember when my grandmother cooking with either lard or tallow. I've made a few dishes so far, fried taters and fried brussel sprouts and oooooh were they good. Get away from those seed oils, not good for you. The health benefit of beef tallow is so much better. The quality, smell and taste of this tallow is great.

The best tallow I've had. So tasty. Healthy and good for you too. I just wish it was more affordable. I'm not complaining, just poor.

Great flavor Too expensive for fat
Most likely if you are looking at this you are on the carnivore diet. That’s my angle. It certainly adds some great flavor to whatever you are cooking so it’s not that it’s just so damn expensive for suet. I’ve taken to just buying Irish grass fed butter from Costco which provides more fat for less money. We all know buying grass fed grass finished beef is pricey so now it’s butter.

Pleasantly suprised
I purchased this 100% organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished beef tallow directly from Fatworks through Amazon because I wanted to ensure I was getting the highest quality product. And let me tell you—I am absolutely blown away by it.Yes, when you first open the jar, the top layer has a strong beefy aroma. But once you get past that initial layer, the tallow itself is absolutely amazing.I originally made the switch to this tallow after using Santa Cruz Paleo beef tallow, but when they discontinued it, I had to find an alternative. Honestly, thank God that happened—because Fatworks' beef tallow is on another level. It’s rich, pure, and unlike anything else I’ve tried. If you’re looking for high-quality beef tallow, this is the one to get.Their packaging is also fantastic—they ensure the product is well-protected, preventing any risk of breakage or spoilage. As long as their quality and customer service remain top-notch, I might just be a customer for life.I also want to add that I use beef tallow almost exclusively for skincare, but I imagine it’s equally superior when used for cookingTerrific value for the price point as well

We like it!
Yummy stuff. Put some in our venison and it gave it a wonderful beef flavor. Very good taste.

Don’t buy
This was my first time using beef tallow so I wasn’t sure what to expect. This product was hard and had an odor. I had to scrape it out of the jar. I didn’t know any better so I used it. Then I tried a different brand and immediately realized just how bad this particular product is. The new brand I purchased had the constancy of soft butter and had no odor. I am wondering if this profit was rancid. I won’t purchase this brand again.
