This little contraption worked like a charm ! My engine light comes on every now and then. I just used this to diagnose the issue. It worked in a matter of seconds after I plugged it in. It gave the specific code I needed to research the part needed to fix it, and told me what the issue is in detail, then it gives you the option to erase the code on your dashboard if desired. I am so shocked that it actually worked. Everyone told me not to buy this because you needed a mechanic to do it... anyway, so pleased with this and it was only $25. For reference, I have a 2009 Saab 9-3, which is becoming obsolete, so it's nice to be able to be knowledgeable about my own car, and do as much as I can on my own especially being a woman. Very empowering :)

Had issue with my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. My engine was shaking. Plugged in the OBD 2 scanner to my car and got the code I needed. My car was misfiring on cylendar 4. Replaced the sparksplug and my car is back up and running. Very easy to use, just a fantastic product to have that can save you hundreds or thousands of dollars if you know how to do the work. Definately recommend👍

I love how the item can connect to any car! And being able to scan the codes are much easier than the directions that came with the device. But the only thing I wish I was able to do is to actually see what the code is for and what part would be shot on any vehicle I own.

Used it for the first time the other day because my Check Engine Light was on, it told me why it was on and it allowed me to clear it without taking up my Mechanics time or me spending my hard earned money, for him to tell me my gas cap wasn't tight enough, it was a GREAT BUY!!! :)

For the price it is the best reader I have seen. For a lot of codes it will actually tell you the code so no looking it up in the Internet. Seems solid in your hands! Would recommend for sure!

This thing is super easy to use and it actually does what it says it'll do. I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't think it'd be so affordable. I was able to figure out the trouble codes in my car, fix the problem, and clear the codes. My emissions test is coming up soon, so I'm gonna use this to make sure my car is good to go. I'd totally recommend it!

It's easy to use and even gives short explanation about the errors. Can save you a visit to repair shop. Absolutely worth it!

It's good to have one of these for yourself, rather than relying on a shop or auto parts store. Nice to fix a problem and be able to clear the codes and see if your repair works. Can't beat the price as well.
