Great quality for the price. Using for a week-long event with children and I expect them to hold up. The material is more of a rigid plastic than I expected, not a floppy cover. A little hard to load, I found it was easiest to flex them a little and stick the cover flap inside the back of the tag before sliding in the name tag, instead of fighting the flap to keep it up while trying to get a paper tag in without wrinkling the paper, but once it is in, it looks great. I would consider these an event name tag type cover, probably not durable enough for long-term everyday use.

These were the best! I purchased some others too, and definitely preferred these. Much easier to handle, and looked better at my event.

I was a little worried because some of the reviews were pretty bad but they turned out to be good quality and held up well over a 3 week usage worn outdoors on a lanyard. Worked very well.

I have used these for a few years now, probably 4 different periods. I run a summer camp and have kids wearing these with lanyards. The truth of the matter is that they will fall apart if you have someone who messes with them (read KIDS). There are a few kids who manage to turn them back in with minimal damage, but there are always casualties within the first day or so of the 5-day camp. Even many semi-careful kids will minimally scratch them up some and make them not very nice for use the next week. Because of the good price to quantity ratio, I have overlooked the lack of durability and continued to purchase them, but I actually think I am going to pay for some good plastic ones (softer and more durable) that will last instead of continuing to watch them disintegrate a day at a time, year after year.One day conference with adults (or maybe even kids), one-time use, go for it 100%! There is TOTALLY no need to spend more money on something you are going to only use once. If you want to re-use them, I would recommend you go with another product. Just think of them as disposable, kinda like a pair of latex gloves, and see if that fits your application.

The only reasons I gave two stars was that it arrived on time and it was the right size.It's fortunate they provide so many badges as the seams are extremely fragile (had one break open after 2 days and the id card fell out-it happened at home so I didn't lose it) as is the opening that attaches to the lanyard(the entire badge fell off on the sidewalk- happily I noticed it)!I now have had to replace three and this time I reinforced the three sides of the insert portion with clear tape as well as the openings that attach to the lanyard.Even so,I continually double check to make sure they are there!I purchased these because they were the only ones I found with a 3"x4" insert area that my cards need.I will continue to search for a supplier with better quality at a reasonable price.

These badge holders are very weak along the edges. We used them for a weekend event hoping to reuse them in the future, but 90% of them split down the sides and can't be unused. If you only have a single use for these and won't be taking things in and out of them then they will be fine but not good for heavier use. They also aren't completely clear.

Great product for the price. We used them all week for a youth activity. There is a slight fold over flap where you slide in the card on the back. It worked well for our purpose.
