When you place the strawberries you purchased into one of these containers, lined with paper towels, those strawberries will be fresh, mold free and delicious over 7 days since purchase. This not some click bait joke.Purchase fresh berries. line glass storage containers with clean, dry paper towels. Remove berries from plastic container and place berries in glass storage containers lined with dry paper towels. Cover with dry paper towel and snap on glass storage container lid. Do not rinse the berries with water before placing in glass containers. This will keep the berries fresh for 7 days. Yes, a week. I am not kidding. Glass is a food saver. Plastic destroys food.I use the largest glass container for strawberry. The medium size glass container is for blueberry. These are berries from a 1.5 pound package of blueberries and a 1.5 pound package of strawberries.The quantity of strawberries I threw away because they rotted overnight is criminal.
