It's not a miracle, instantaneous cure (nothing really is) but it is effective, natural, and safe with zero side effects.. I've found it works best taking one about 25 minutes before a spicy meal and another immediately at the very first hint of any discomfort. Taste is not offensive or off-putting in any way. It's a bit pricey but worth the fare. I've used it successfully for several years with no complaints and have repurchased often.

This products works well as long as I maintain a simple diet and stay away from foods that are fried, spicy or overly processed.

I HAVE USED THESE FOR YEARS AND THEY GOT ME THRU SOME ROUGH TIMES WEANING MYSELF OFF VERY DANGEROUS ALTERNATIVES!!!!!! JUST ORDERED A NEW SUPPLY AND COULDN'T FIGURE WHY THEY TASTED TERRIBLE AND DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!!!!!! LOOKED IN THE REVIEWS AND FOUND OUT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM!!!! I'VE LOST SOME FAITH IN GAIA PRODUCTS AFTER THIS AND WON'T BE BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!! USED THEM FOR YEARS BUT NOT AGAIN!!! WHAT A REAL SHAME!!! SENDING ALL OF THEM BACK!!!!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Gaia is a very reputable company and located here in the USA. Reflux Relief is my go to on days when either the heartburn or hiatal hernia are severely acting up. Usually within 20 minutes the pain is gone. Tablets are easy to chew and taste fine. Great organic product with natural things that help like marshmallow root and chamomile. A bit pricey, but it works and is organic too.

These do work for heartburn, they taste pretty bad, but they work!
