Avoided!
These authors are consider to be the best in the industry ( I admire them) with historical research and writing skills as demonstrated with their blockbuster(s) "Holy Blood, Holy Grail", and "The Messiah Conspiracy"; yet in this particular book they have failed to substantiate their reputable style of story telling, lacks findings, and worse of all the book is boring.

Temple and the lodge
Interesting book about the possibility of the Masonic Fraternity having its roots in the Knights Templar, rather than operative masons of the dark ages.
