Great for $80
Last time i searched for car DVD players they were all $150+. It was great to find something for $80.Our old car DVD player had three parts, the DVD player and the two screens. This worked well when my kids were young because we could control both units from the front seat. Now that are boys are older (5 and 3) our 5 year old can control the primary unit. All I have to do is reach back to insert the DVD correctly. Not hard at all to do as long as I'm seated opposite the primary unit ( i.e. i'm in the passenger seat and the primary unit is behind the driver. This product has two units to it:The primary unit is where you insert the DVD or other media (USB, SD).The slave unit is subject to the primary unit.Units are easy to installone power cord going from regular outlet or car, to the primary unit.two cords from primary unit to slave unit.the primary unit controls volume for both units.slave unit is subject to the primary unit. If the primary is off, the slave screen won't do anything.if the primary unit is muted (volume all the way to 0) the slave unit won't have sound either.Slave unit can increase or decrease sound and can turn off screen independently. The battery is also a great feature! I think I've tested it for up to an hour of run time, with only the primary unit on, without the car plug. I did not wait for the battery to die so I have no idea how long it would last. As with all batteries i'm sure it will last shorter and shorter times. Still a nice feature I was not expecting for $80.The units are quite small. Not bulky at all compared to our old unit screens.Great picture and brightness. The volume is a little lower than my kids would like. I recommend headphones. The headphones are for my benefit and theirs :)IMPORTANT NOTE: The cord outlets are set up for the primary unit to be behind the driver seat. This arrangement worked out perfect for us because on long trips the passenger adult can help manager the primary unit. But if you were trying to help insert a dist from the driver seat, this may be difficult. If need be, there is probably enough length in the cords to stretch if you needed to revers them. our cords (the two that reach from primary unit to slave unit) reach almost to the foot well and then back up to the second unit.ConsThe primary unit DVD spinning is a little loud. Most people wouldn't notice it, but when I sat in the back with the primary unit right in front of me, it was a bit annoying. The slave unit head phone jack is between the two cords coming from the primary unit. Kind of awkward for little ones to find and plug in.If the child in front of the primary unit doesn't' want to watch the show, and turns off their unit, the slave unit won't show anything either. Same with the sound as stated above.

Doesn’t last long
We purchased our first fangor car dvd player in June 2023 for a road trip and it seemed to work well. After a couple months we started seeing a delay in a dvd actually starting with the message that it was loading, but it would begin within a reasonable amount of time. We used them pretty extensively for about 6 months before they died, but we also thought that may be from constant use. Fast forward to March 2024, and I purchased this brand of car dvd player thinking that maybe if we used them a bit less that we would have better luck. But that wasn’t the case. From the first time I used them in April, I noticed a delay in a dvd actually beginning to run. And it’s only gotten worse. I could have tried to return them within the return window but I lost track of time and can no longer do that. They now don’t work at all, less than two months after purchasing. I don’t have a different suggestion but I recommend not purchasing this brand. The price is nice, but they don’t last at all.

Great for multiple kids; lots of wires.
Purchased this for our kids specifically for a long car ride trip across the country. We were trying to avoid the competing volumes of two different tablets, or two different movies, that separate devices would create. This worked great for letting them watch the same movie and both be able to see the screen. Volumes were not too loud and with one being the main one my older child could control both whereas my younger would just mash buttons and they'd never see the movie. Movies played easily but we did find it is getting more difficult to actually find dvds , darn technology advancements. Only complaint - sooo many cords! with having young ones all the cords concerned me for obvious reasons. We ended up tying them up near my older kid's screen to keep the young ones from playing with cords which would inevitably end up around his neck.

Easy to install dual DVD screens, great for long rides
The media could not be loaded. This dual 7.5” screen DVD is a great little treat for any family car ride or outing. To get started with it, it comes with everything that you need! There are two screens, two straps, remote control, the DC adapters and out cable and a variety of plug heads depending on your region. You'll have it set up in minutes, which is the best part. It supports a variety of media types, included cd, DVD and digital media types that be stored on SD cards or flash drives. It comes with the option to plug in external headphones or a speaker to amplify the volume and make it just that much better to use. What I appreciate about it is the size of the screen and how viewable it still is in a car ride during a bright and sunny day, making it something you'll always get the chance to use!

They work great!
These were just as advertised! The battery life isn’t five hours like it is stated, but it is pretty close to 3 1/2 hours with one screen. It wasn’t an issue, the charger cable was fairly long so we could keep it plugged in. They installed very easy, and we haven’t had any issues at all with them. One screen actually powers the other screen, so I assume runtime would be less while you’re running the other one as well.

Make sure all items are good before unpacking everything!
Not a bad item for the price at all! But our in/out av cable was loose on one end when we received it so we cannot get a connection to the second screen. There are replacement cables out there but it sucks I’m having to replace it on a brand new item. I do not blame the seller because it came packaged well, if they knew (surely) they would’ve replaced it in the package before shipping. I tried to contact seller but I have had no success so far.Battery life doesn’t seem to last 5 hrs but it’s ok because it comes with a car charger, which can be plugged in during use!Other than that my kiddo has loved having it!

Works great and good price
I have had no issues with this car DVD Player so far. We bought it for a 14 hour trip we took over Christmas break. The kids were able to plug in their headphones to their individual screen and we had no fighting and an easy trip. The price is good and they work well.
