Solid bar that does the job
Great bar, solid and does the job. The knurling on it is abrasive enough to provide a good grip but also not so rough that it will damage your skin. I always go for these metal attachments over the plastic coated ones. Good knurling is a must if you want to be able to push your sets hard. Don't be a noob who wastes their money on silly plastic coated handles. Get metal ones like this, its not all rounded and slippery like the plastic coated ones. This means you can grip anywhere up or down the bar as it is all the same diameter. Also it will last forever unlike the plastic ones that perish over time. My only criticism though is that the round ends on the bar aren't really needed. The knurling is good enough that you're not going to slip anyways so all the end bits do is get in the way. I suppose it my be useful if you're the kind of person who has excessively slippery hands like some kind of swamp monster.
