What is the specified maximum temperature that this float will be warrantied for?

Didn't come with any such specifics. I wouldn't use this product. The valve it comes with does not off if the psi is above ten.

can it be used in a fuel tank

It's the same material as a plastic gas can so I would assume so. I am, however, no expert.

Can this be used to replace ball float in toilet?

Kerick valves are used primarily for industrial equipment applications. In most cases you would not use the Kerick valve float assembly in a toilet application, unless you are willing to make modifications to the entire toilet float assembly. It would be easier to go to your local hardware store and buy a standard float ball assembly specifically used for toilets.
