Sweet, Natural, and Perfect for Baking—My Go-To Sugar-Free Choice
I've been using this Monk Fruit In The Raw sweetener for several weeks now, and it's quickly become my favorite sugar alternative in the kitchen.🌱 What I Love:Natural Sweetness: Made from monk fruit and erythritol, it tastes pleasantly sweet without any artificial aftertaste.Ideal for Baking & Cooking: Works beautifully as a 1:1 sugar substitute in recipes—cakes, cookies, sauces—everything comes out deliciously sweet and moist.Zero Calories, No Guilt: Great for anyone watching their sugar intake or managing weight—without compromising on taste.Easy to Use Packaging: The baker’s bag with resealable zipper keeps it fresh and easy to handle.⚠️ A Few Notes:Can Be Cooling: A slight cooling sensation (from erythritol) shows up in iced drinks or cold desserts—nothing major, but good to know.Mild Laxative Effect: Too much at once might cause mild digestion issues for some—moderation is key.✅ Final Thoughts:If you're looking for a clean, sugar-free sweetener that’s convenient, versatile, and truly tasty, this is a winner. A baking staple that delivers on flavor—definitely worth including in your pantry!

Very sugar-like
First, I'll say I am NOT a fan of artificial sweeteners. But I've been trying to watch my calories, so I decided to give this a try. It's very much the texture of sugar, very crystalized, and I don't notice any unpleasant aftertaste, which is usually what I hate about artificial sweeteners. Even Stevia has an awful aftertaste to me, so I was pleasantly surprised with this.I haven't baked with it yet, but I do use it to sweeten my Greek yogurt and fruit bowl, and it works great for that. I also tried it in my coffee, and it was good. That was just an experiment, though, because I usually drink my coffee unsweetened anyway.I'm giving four stars instead of five because it seems a little pricey. I found a larger bag of it (not this brand, but the same mix of monk fruit and whatever the sugar alcohol that's used) for a little less in a local grocery store.

Great for cutting calories without losing sweetness!
The media could not be loaded. I recently started using this monk fruit sweetener in my morning coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised! It helped me bring my coffee down to just 85 calories, which is amazing because I’m trying to lose weightThe sweetness is clean and natural, no weird aftertaste like some other sugar substitutes. I used only 2 teaspoons, and it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is that it doesn’t spike my blood sugar, I also like that the ingredients on the back are pretty simple: erythritol and monk fruit extract, which are both better options than regular sugar or artificial sweeteners. It’s not 100% pure monk fruit, but that’s very common and this blend still works great for my needs.I plan to use it in my coffee every day now.Highly recommend if you’re watching your calories but still love a sweet cup of coffee!

Definite repeat purchase
Favorite sweetener. I prefer the brown sugar one, even in coffee and tea. This is a definite repeat purchase. Highly recommend it. Oh, it doesn't taste like chemicals!

Really great substitute!
I like sugar. I don’t like synthetic sugar. I don’t care for Stevia and not any of the sweet and lows or things of that nature. I bought this to bake with for my boyfriend to keep his sugar low and it cooks like sugar and it really doesn’t taste that bad. It’s probably the only non-sugar thing I’ve ever used or tasted that was the closest to the real thing With no weird aftertaste.

Not so sweet
Could be sweeter. I like 2 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee and the equivalent would be 4 of these.
