I scoured reviews of so many monitors and I was immediately turned off by bad reviews. This is the one I finally settled on and I am so glad!Pros:- The cameras have on/off switches- Screen on parent unit is pretty big, see photo- Signal has NEVER dropped, even from the basement. There is an antenna on the back as well but I’ve never needed it.- 2 cameras allow for different perspectives of crib (I have only one child but they could be used in separate rooms for multiple children, it allows up to 4 cameras)- Has white noise and lullaby features with a timer- Can be wall mounted- Parent unit is easy to use and navigate- The picture is clear and detailed- It displays the temperature of the room- The cord for the cameras are pretty long- You can adjust the VOX sensitivity- Reliably does it’s function without error EVERY time I use it and grants me peace of mindCons:- The light on the camera blinks when it is on but not being looked at and they’re noticeably bright in a dark room. Luckily my baby is more entertained by this than bothered.- The cameras do not rotate on their own so you need to look at the monitor to accurately position them. Only needs to be done one time though if they are staying in one place.- The battery doesn’t last very long. When I’m not using it I keep it on its charger.All in all, the good far outweigh the the bad for us. I had a hellobaby monitor, the rotation feature on the camera broke and the signal dropped everywhere in the house. The screen was tiny and the VOX was so sensitive, it alerted me when the white noise was playing. I returned it and bought this monitor instead. The best decision I could’ve made as far as monitors go, I love it.

I love this camera. But it does have flaws. I love the big screen. I HATE how loud it is when you have the music/white noise playing. Can’t even hear your baby over that! You have to have the camera very high up to be able to see almost the entire crib. I like to be able to see the whole crib. The picture quality is not the best but could be worse. It’s also not very loud. So if you are asleep and want to know if your baby is kinda whining this may not be the best because it’s hard to hear sometimes. I have had mine glitch with the sound bar a few times. But other than all of that I like this camera and will continue to use until I don’t need it anymore or until it breaks. It would be nice if the cords were a little longer since you have to mount it so high up.

Night vision was the sore thumb on this product but my husband and I were able to resolve the issue by placing the cameras closer to the crib and toddler bed. We originally envisioned more of a full room view but the quality of the night vision when the camera is far away is just not useable. Too gray and fuzzy. Again, moving the cameras closer fixed this problem and we now love this system. The night vision quality is still not on par with other systems we have used in the past that provide less lag and greater contrast for a clearer image but it’s incredibly manageable and we can see all we need to see.Features we love: the volume can be very low which makes it nicer to have on all night, the one button switch between cameras, the mountable cameras, the price for a 2 cam system. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I love this monitor! We originally got one that connects to our phones but we had a lot of trouble with the connection and time delay. Since we have gotten this monitor we have had no issues! The picture is VERY clear and there is no time delay. The volume goes up loud enough for me to hear also. I love that you can set the temp on it so it warns you if the room gets too hot or cold! The battery does not last as long as I would like when it is not plugged in but everything else is worth it! I just plug it in when it’s not in use and have no problems then!

I wished the cameras moved from the parents monitor but it’s still a good one! The picture quality is better on day vision. The night vision isn’t too great. The picture seemed almost zoomed in too. Monitor battery use to last all day. After a year it started to get shorter life span.

I ordered this monitor because I really liked the features, but some of the most important features stopped working almost immediately, and the display screen had a line through it as soon as we turned it on. We set it up so the display screen would turn on and alert us if one of our kids cried, but otherwise remain off to conserve battery power and not increase light pollution in our bedroom at night. Well, that feature stopped working during the first month we had it. It wouldn't alert us or even turn on when our kids cried, so now we have to keep the display screen on constantly. This runs the battery down really fast, and means that there's a bright light in our room at night when we're trying to sleep.Not long after that, the temperature feature for both monitors stopped working properly. The monitor in my son's room stopped working entirely. The other monitor in my daughter's room continually says 79 degrees, even though we've verified with a thermometer that it's cooler than that most of the time. Our upstairs bedrooms get warm during the summer so we really liked this feature since it not only let us know if their rooms were comfortable, but you can also set it to alert you if it rises above a certain temperature. Neither of these functions are working anymore.When I reached out to V-Tech customer support, it took weeks to hear back from them. They want me to send the malfunctioning monitor in BEFORE they send me a replacement. So I'm supposed to live without a baby monitor for my kids for a few weeks? I'm not comfortable with that. Overall, I'm completely unimpressed with the product's durability and the customer service provided by the company.

We like it okay. It is incredibly zoomed in so you have to mount it super high, only one option for zoom. Picture quality is good, not great. Sound is perfect and love the screen size. Good battery life!
