Received in new perfect condition. Exactly what I was looking for. Very nice case. The custom foam worked great! Might Oder a second one. Nice to have matching cases. Most definitely would recommend to a friend or family member. Great product! Update just received my second one and works great also. A must for storing sensitive optics.

In this application, the case protects a portable KALI rig. Perfect size for a keyboard/mouse, mini PC and a display. Almost like it was a custom fitted case made for this use. <grin>. I have used these cases many times for different projects and are my go to for sensitive things on the go.

Made the cut outs for my equipment and everything fit very nice.

The case looked great and felt solid. The foam was thick and was easy to pluck out to fit your items. The only complaint and reason for 4-stars is the lack of adequate thickness of the foam in the lid. It appears to be 1" thick, but the lid is 2" thick so there is a gap that allows items to move about 1" in this air void space above the pluck and pull foam and the lid's "waffle" foam. This product would be a 5 if the lid foam were the correct 2" thickness needed to completely secure the items inside from moving.

The case is very sturdy, and is outfitted with locking latches. Pluck foam inside makes this case easy to customize to your exact needs and sizes. The foam insert is dense and provides excellent protection. The foam is scored in 1/4” sections to allow you to create the exact size and shape of an opening for whatever you need to store in the case. I used this case to store and transport eye pieces for a telescope and it holds them well providing excellent protection from bumps and drops.

I'm using this case to carry all the small fiddly bits for band gigging...audio interface, IEM receiver, in-ears, pedals, etc. It took a bit of time to work out the arrangement of everything in the case, and then knocking out the foam, but once done it was perfect. Now instead of worrying that I have everything for a gig, I know if all the slots are full in the case, I'm good to go. I did spray the one piece of foam liberally with that rubber stuff for shovel handles to keep it from falling apart, but that is probably not necessary for most uses.

So I purchased this Aluminum Case to protect and transport graded Comic Books to events and shows, this was the perfect case to customize to protect graded comic books that have been encapsulated after grading. So the only issue's I had was not knowing the foam was pre-cut, I measured then started cutting with an Exacto knife before I discovered it was already pre-cut. After I pulled the foam out which ended up the perfect size to secure the comic books in the case, I went to lock the case. The lock is very janky, you really have to play with it to get the key to work and turn the lock to actually lock the case. But once you figure it out it works great and secures your case from opening. Overall it's worth the 50 dollars I spent to get it, only wish it was taller by an inch or two so I could have put two graded comic books side by side.Pros:Very easy to customize the foam inserts ( Pre-cut into little 1/4 inch squares)Very solid and well-bulit caseIt has locks to secure itLooks greatCons.No instructions on how to customize the caseLocks are janky as hell, had to play with them for a minute to learn how they lock.

Case is extremely high-quality looking. No scuffs or damage when I received it. Foam was easy to pick and tear. Very professional looking. I don't know how good the water resistance is and I don't plan on testing it, but I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because the overall quality is very nice
