I would highly recommend this product!! I had new flood lights installed to shine on the front of my home because the ones I had broke. I told the electrician I wanted a soft white light, he didn't listen and wouldn't change them out for me, and my house looked like high noon. Not only was the outside bright but the inside rooms were like I had a light on in them. This product was easy to cut to shape and gave me my soft white light. A personal message inside package which I thought was nice. Small family business with a great product and arrived very fast. Thank you!!

This product worked great on the light fixture that I recently bought. I originally got a very very bright daylight LED flood light with dual heads. I tried other fixtures but they did not mount and swivel like I wanted them to. So I ended up with a nicely mounted fixture but when I tried it, it was way too bright. I might add that the fixture I bought was also the most reasonably priced fixture. Rather than have to search for another flood light and take this one down and install a new one, I searched for a product that would dim and soften an LED light. Luckily, I found this product. It worked exactly like it said it would and was very reasonably priced. Nobody can tell that this is just stuck on to the lens. It really was just what I needed.

These things are very effective at reducing the brightness. Getting them sized correctly and installed is difficult, as they are very sticky and placing them perfectly centered so that there is no light peeking out from the edges is very hard. As mentioned by other reviewers, don’t even try unless the surface is 100% flat - else you will end up with unsightly folds and creases.

Easy to install, very intuitive (it’s like a sticker you put on your LED lights). Definitively only use if your LEDs are flat. I got the “Subtle Warm” one, and although it works well for my room, a fair warning is that it’s quite a stark change from the base LED; I would’ve preferred slightly more subtle, but it’s still much better than the harshness of regular LEDs. It’s a bit expensive but you basically get two fairly large sheets which should cover the area of most flat LEDs— I like this lighting a lot better so well worth the money in my eyes!

Ach! These do a fantastic job of dimming the brightness of the LED bulbs, but it’s more than I wanted. I’ve gone from lighting like a cheap apartment to lighting from a sleazy apartment. It’s way too dim for my working space. But, I will say, it’s a good amount for the LED on the range hood. I’m happy with that.

The product is essentially an overpriced sticker. They claim to be easy to remove and reinstall and upon removing it it pulled out my recessed lighting. Not worth $25, also came in what looked like reused packing? Could've bought something similar from the dollar store. Garbage.

My new ceiling fan with LED light was just too bright. Painfully bright. This products worked to tone it down. I cut out a piece using an exact size plate as a stencil (I got lucky) and applied it. It toned down the light to a satisfactory level, as in, it's not blinding anymore. Of course, I could have gotten a fan with true dimming capability, but oh well...

I bought this product to apply to the LED lenses on a Ring wired floodlight that I recently installed (way brighter than I expected, and no, this particular Ring model does not allow you to dim it in the Ring app). It was no fault of the LightDims company, but what I originally ordered and received from them didn't quite perform the way I expected or hoped. LightDims customer service was very responsive and worked with me until one of their other products proved to be just right for my purposes. This is a very reputation-conscious, family-owned American company that will take very good care of you.

I don't know how people are saying it warms white lights, it does dim them, but no change to the harsh whiteness. It was a waste for me to buy.

I bought this film as a new LED light fitting on my landing was absolutely blinding. It has reduced the brightness to a nice comfortable level. The sheet of film was easy to cut and apply although there were rather a lot of over complicated instructions which made it seem harder than it actually was. I had no problems sticking it on but my light has a smooth flat surface. Hopefully it will stay put. I'm not sure if it represents good value for money but there do not appear to be many alternative products out there which do the same job.

Easy to use but expensive for how many you get. When cut to size they really take the glare of harsh led cool white bulbs. Used them in our campervan because the lights are like having football stadium lights on and it dims them to a nice warm glow but you can still see clearly.

Very happy with this product. Did the job perfectly. Highly recommend.

It's just sticky paper. Didn't change the light except to dim it significantly. I could have taped a piece of A4 and gotten the same colour temperature and better light brightness. It went straight to my bin, unfortunately.
