Pay attention!! 2nd review on the fly. 1st one Recommended,amazing value & product & sooo much fun. 2nd review is for the following and relates to my 1st fly as well after my 2nd purchase I had a poor opinion of the shelf life ( durability) & failure in QC of the fly. I have the knowledge & understanding the product is somewhat fragile. (But very durable if you take care of it) Both mine broke 2 one broke quickly . What a waste of money. BUT WAIT That’s when their support and customer service stepped in & up without any pressure from me. Received a couple new metaflys from them & truly a Company that believes the sale begins after the sale. I am back stream strong believer in the product it’s One of the best values out there for pure enjoyment for everybody. In so many different byproducts by flying the meta other birds that it attracts etc. IMPORTANT!! Buy both FYI it’s not a drone, it’s built from science ornithopter& tech.Which is fascinating by the way thus my interest in the product. So Be a little patient and it won’t be long and it’s not difficult 10 or so flights into it you have it mastered won’t want to put it down. Thanks again bionicbird & the support staff & customer service. (Probably all the same person small company’s are the best) have rejuvenated my spirit towards customer care & passion behind your products. I can confidently and highly recommend your products and testify to the endless amount of fun they can bring to anyone.

i would not recommend this cheap plastic RC product. it WAS good for months on end but when it crashed, the face was breaking off. and the tail that turned was ripping too. i had to tape it all off. then- the part thatconnects it to the wings that spins. it came off and i had to connect it back every time. now it will fly only 10 seconds then brake. what a disappointment!

Looks cool but I can't get it to fly right. I want to give it less stars but figured it's gotta fly right sometime. Putting it together was a chore because the instructions are not detailed enough. I also think this is way overpriced. If it would fly, it might be different. I'm thinking of returning it.

This is a fun toy as it flies unlike anything i've ever flown. It is an on and off type throttle control and so is the yaw. When you do this the fly flies just like a butterfly. You throttle up it flaps going up and let off for a second and it will stall and dive and throttle up to full again and repeat. My friends at the air field thought it was a hug bug coming at them due to the flight characteristics but everyone loved it and wanted to fly it.

Never worked !! I haven’t returned it because I was checking it out to maybe find out what is wrong with it, so far it looks like I put it together correctly so I think that it is most likely faulty…

I've had a couple "flappy birds" before but they never really worked well. This one does work well but the cats still don't know what to make of it.

All I have to say is this thing is amazing. What you can get these days for relatively small amounts of money is incredible. Something like this would not have been possible just a few years back. This is unlike a radio controlled helicopter or plane, technically a "ornithopter", and flies much differently. Very lifelike. I have flown many flights in my backyard and people mistake it for a bird or a giant bug, even other birds try to attack it while flying around lol. It has held up extremely well to crashes into tree branches and into the ground. Has not gotten damaged yet. I must say I would highly recommend having knowledge of flying radio controlled plains or helicopters line of sight If purchasing one of these, as you definitely will need that skill set to keep this thing in the air appropriately.

This is what happen while trying to fix its balance it nose dived hit the grass and the head popped off and the little crank looking thing broke when I tried to pick it up. So I put the pieces I a bag.I've flown it twice in the three days I've had it.It looks awesome but not easy to fly and breaks too easily.
