Provides great support, and allows me to work in comfort. Very comfortable and easy to adjust.

I have an anterior pelvic tilt and this product has been great for easing the ache in my lower back and keeping my hips/lower back aligned which has helped significantly in correcting and realigning my pelvis :)

I was very sceptical about buying this, but after being in pain with my lower back and hips for 4 weeks and trying everything from stretching to a multitude of pain killers with little effect I got this. The product is very well made and the velcro is super strong, I put it and still I didn't think it was going to make any difference, I WAS WRONG, I think there has to be magic involved, within an hour honestly the pain starts to ease and with in 2 hours I was almost pain free, I'm an hgv driver and I put it on at the start of my shift, and I'm amazed usually I have trouble getting in and out of the cab and after driving for a few hours I can hardly walk, but tonight it was like the old days, up and down like a yo-yo on speed. I'm serious this thing is amazing, my only issue is it's not breathable, I had it on over a t shirt and I was sweating. But still 5 starts because I'd rather be stinky than be in agony. The price is fantastic and my advice is, if you have lower back pain get it honest if you get the right fit you will believe in magic after a couple of hours like I do.

Lower right back pain, unsure exactly the cause.Ordered 6 different back braces and posture correction belts.This belt is was by far the most supportive and best buy, it was also the exact same as some others more than twice the price. Same material, size, weight overall function. Nice thick neoprene type material and strong velcro covering large sections where needed, seems very well put todegther.Offers good wide rear support with some extra plastic ribs built in for more rigidity !2 large velcro wrap round flaps for front and 2 further large elasticated velcro flaps that pull from the rear of the belt to the frontI would usually have ordered the medium belt having a 32" waist but opted for the large and glad I did. This still gives me the options of a super tight hold that I can gradually loosen as the day goes on.So far only used for sitting at desk but will also move on to wearing outside when working in garden etc.The belt can be worn next to skin or on top of a tee shirt and the velcro fittings have not yet snagged or caught on clothing.Still very early to tell but I thought it a good temporary and cheaper alternative untill a chiropractor becomes necessary .

The product does give decent back support and does help with lower backpain but it is not breathable at all. I've had other back braces before and I did not have as much of an issue with sweat.The other thing I would have to critique is that the metal bones in the brace do sometimes stab you in the back which is also something I've not encountered with other braces to the same extend.As the occasional emergency backup this will do but I had expected more.

My son works on roads bends constantly and this has taken his back pain down tremendously so from his. Points of view worth every penny

Chose this lumbar support over the many alternatives because of the ‘exclusive’ claim that it was the only support recommended by a Back pain organisation.The support belt was supplied with a very brief instruction ‘manual’ which bizarrely did not have any diagrams or pictures illustrating how to best fit the device. My first attempt to use the support resulted in using it the wrong side round. This was because I had taken the approach that reading the manual was ‘unnecessary’! Interestingly, even wearing the support the wrong way round it still provided a lot of relief!When I got the support the ‘Right’ way round I found it provided excellent support that I could function ie I could get out of low level chairs without the agony and with ease - perfect. It has been well worth the spend.On the downside the support is constructed using a neoprene-like material which results in my lower back becoming very hot - particularly in hot weather. Aesthetically, my daughter commented that I looked like an ‘old man’ as the support squeezes my excess abdominal fat upwards (and downwards!) Also the support causes my trousers to slip down whatever the belt tightness. It would be very beneficial if the manufacturer could resolve this issue plus the heat generated due to the use of neoprene. Given the relief the support provides, I am not bothered by the observation by my daughter not the heat… others may well be bothered by these side effects… an excellent investment in my well-being!
