Exactly as described and does a good job of filtering

Does a great job of filtering the kitchen tap water, definitely tastes better. It comes with two cartridges included, so you are all set to use it from day one. Also six little adhesive cushions to fit on the bottom, makes it scratch resistant and noise free setting it down on the kitchen surface. This one had an extra bonus of a drinking water bottle, which was a nice surprise. Easy to fit and clean. excellent quality, happy to recommend.

The jug is great and is easy to use. The filters are easy to change and the jug filters the water very quickly. It’s easy to clean and the slatted top makes it easier to fill the jug. It feels a bit cheap and tends to leak when pouring water from the jug which is really annoying, so that’s why I’ve given it four stars.

Very good and strong

On first use I filled jug up to half the reservoir in the upper part. Unfortunately it dripped, badly. I’ve since only filled it to a third of the upper container and no more leaks. On this basis it doesn’t quite hold the amount claimed. It has a handy function where you can open the top by using only your thumb, to fill up from the tap. You then close, ensuring no dust falls in. It fills very fast, unlike the Brita brand I previously had, meaning that you don’t have to wait for the water to go into the main jug before completing the filing before placing in the fridge. It fits in the fridge door with ease. It comes with 3 cartridges, which unlike the Brita, clips underneath the top reservoir and it is this that allows the jug to be filled so quickly. Remember to soak the cartridge before use as directed in the instructions and you won’t get any black sediment in the water. The jug itself is a fair bit lighter than the Brita, meaning that it’s not so heavy when filled; hopefully this doesn’t mean it’ll be prone to cracking more easily. Great jug for the price

I bought a replacement jug because the “original” filters for our existing one are no longer available. I assumed the new filters wouldn’t fit the original jug. I was wrong. The new filters do fit the old jug and I didn’t need to make this purchase, however it is a great product and is easy to use. It is a shame the 60 day filter option is no longer available, as the less time (and water) wasted changing filters the better. Along with the jug I bought a year’s supply of filters and a water purity meter. Passing water through a new filter in this jug reduced the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) from 250ppm (in our tap water) to 150ppm. I wonder how this compares to the much more expensive Brita filters. We have been using Aqua Optima water filters for years and our kettle and irons are substantially scale free. More importantly our Nespresso Coffee machine has never been descaled and is going strong after three years of daily use. The water quality meter is a small investment to make as it allows me to accurately determine when a water filter needs changing, rather than relying on the arbitrary 30 days suggested by Aqua Optima.

Been using Tesco's water filter in old Brita jug for years. Jug fell and broke. So looked for new one and this seemed ideal as it is designed for Tesco's filters and is a bit bigger. I had been using Britta water tank but this cracked on corner before I went back to the Elemaris jug I had been using before that. It just fits in vertically to fridge door with a bit of a squeeze. Depth wise it is fine as a tad thinner at bottom than full 1ocm speccer. But when full to top, and u pour, water pours around lid. The Brita Elemaris didn't. The lid was tight and flap held fast. So if I don't overfill the resovoir section, say max when pouring is 50% of resovoir (75% overall),it is fine. Also when too low and u tip further to get water out it also leaks. So it has a narrow range in middle of 25 to 75% full - which sort of undoes some of the benefit of being larger capacity than Brita. But have u seen price of Brita jugs now!? Ps slatted lid for filling works fine.

Bella, di qualità e il sapore dell'acqua è molto buono. Posso dire di preferirla a molte minerali in vendita. Il cambio mensile del filtro è una garanzia per tutto (qualità dell' acqua e sapore), semplice il cambio basta seguire le istruzioni di preinstallazione per eliminare eventuali residui di produzione, non nocivi cmq.

Me ha sorprendido, yo tenía una Brita y no tiene nada que envidiarle, se llena fácil y es para los cartuchos que yo compraba de Aqua óptima por lo que genial. Por ponerle un pero lo único es que tienes que recordar cuando pones el filtro porque no tiene indicador digital como las Brita

Por fin poder beber en casa agua que no tenga sabor a cloro, y otros productos que no se pueden identificar. Uso cada día y un detalle muy importante ¡Ya no tengo que venir del supermercado cargada con las garrafas de agua ni llenar los contenedores con el plástico residual!
