Great product
I think the Nintendo itself was in great condition and cleaned well. I’ve had a great time with it, however I think it would’ve been nice if the charger was cleaned as well bc it was dirty and gross when it arrived.

Came as described
The system came as described and no issues reading the cartridges, but there is one problem, which is the battery life and paying 260 dollars for something that had to be recharged every 30 minutes. For that price they should have at least put a new battery in it. Other than that though, it runs smooth, 3d works, all the buttons work and it reads the cartridges. I just would have liked for at least the battery to have been changed.

Bad battery
How do you refurbish something without testing a battery? Charge barely lasts 15 minutes and it had a screw on the back that isn't original so I cannot remove the backplate to replace the battery

Otherwise perfect.
I read the reviews about people buying this under the impression that it was the "new" 3ds xl but received the old version instead. There are a lot of them that are on the same refurbished page that are NOT the new one. But I did here that square trade sold them with the "new" title but they were indeed the old version. I bought mine from tech venture and it was indeed the latest version of the 3ds xl (with the c stick). It came in mint condition, with a pre-installed 4gb micro sd card, and the AR cards (which I don't anticipate using). The ONLY discrepancy is that it says this: "What's in the Box Nintendo 3DS XL AC adapter Nintendo 3DS stylus Six AR Cards for use with augmented reality games " This does NOT have the AC adapter. If it did, I would give it 5 stars. I didn't expect it, but since it stated that there was one, I docked it a star. Otherwise perfect.

Didn’t let me start the game
It is old one and i try to play game in it after fix everything it need it when i try to play a game it say that i need to restart the game or end the game and it give me no option at all after tell me that it way my new game that I didn’t even open it yet it didn’t even start the game today i try again and this is what it say
