Bestar Versatile Queen Murphy Bed with Sofa and Closet Organizer, 92-inch White Space-Saving Wall Bed for Multipurpose Guest Room

I like it. It’s sturdy, held up during the move halfway across the country, and super heavy. The only things I don’t like about it is that Queen mattresses are too short and stuff falls behind the bed including pillows, the top molding pieces are not sturdy at all with the hardware included (it’s not real wood),and if not braced well the bed will squeak against the book shelves during activity.

I've put together a lot of furniture through the years, full of numerous challenges from missing parts, misaligned holes and poor engineering. I have to say this murphy bed was a dream to assemble compared to anything I've previously assembled. The boxes are a beast to move, so be prepared to get a workout. I'm no professional, but pretty experienced building this type of thing. With that said, I was able to assemble the murphy bed unit and 2 full size shelving units in about 6 hours completely by myself. I would recommend having a second person if possible as it would have made lifting the heavy sections much easier. I'm really impressed with the quality and construction, it's about all I could hope for from something that was shipped to me in multiple boxes and needed assembly.

Missing value item from one box and had a broken side in another box. had to put project of putting it together on hold twice to wait for the replacement parts to come in.

Cannot believe the price I paid for this collection of junk. First off delivery driver would only drop it in the driveway so had to be unboxed to get it in the house. Then is the damage to the boards from shipping. Several chips and dings in finish. Company will replace damaged boards but after waiting four weeks for delivery we couldn’t wait another four for replacements. Next was assembly. Boards do not align into a smooth constant edge. Furniture is similar to to the cheap dorm room collection you get from Walmart not what it would expect for a couple grand. The rods for the cam locks don’t spread to hold in predrilled holes and pull out when you lift pieces. Had hoped to keep this furniture for years but once it is finally assembled it will fall apart if moved. If I still had packaging I would make them come pick it up. Very disappointed in a product sold for this much money from a supposedly Canadian company.

It took my husband a couple of afternoons to assemble this alone...would suggest having two people. Once assembled, we were both VERY pleased with the look and the sturdyness of the Murphey Bed. We get a LOT of compliments on it! It helped to make our guestroom more practical as it took less space, and the sofa works well for my husband as it is his dressing room. Highly recommend! :)

Great item. It does take some time to assemble but the manual is very comprehensive and easy to follow. I put 95% of it together without any help and alone it took 9 to 10 hours to assemble. Looks great in the room, which is a small space that can now serve many purposes. Very sturdy and well crafted. Would recommend.

Was easy to put together. Time consuming but easy. This unit is well built. We are very pleased with with this purchase.

The bed is well balanced when opened to use.
