TL/DR Good product. Must be taken consistently at the same time each day with at least 8 ounces of water.This works really well. It’s very gentle. Two important things I learned about taking it are that you need to take it with a lot of water every time and that it’s very important to take it at the same time every day or night. I take mine at the same time every night and I try to drink at least 24 ounces of room temperature water. I used to suffer from pretty bad constipation and this has helped a lot. No need to get the brand name stuff. This is perfectly fine. For me this was way better than Milk of Magnesia which had awful side effects. This Quality Choice Fiber Therapy is methylcellulose (the well known brand name for this is Citrucel). Methylcellulose does not ferment whereas psyllium (known commonly as brand name Metamucil) can cause some gas and bloating due to fermentation. The fermentation can actually help the microbiome but for me it causes too much gas and bloating which can be avoided by taking methylcellulose instead. I highly recommend Quality Choice Fiber Therapy.

These work great for me. I am sensitive to sodium lauryl sulfate and this product does not have it in the ingredients. Other similar fiber supplements that I tried had SLS so finding this one has been helpful.

This is a good replacement of the powder. I am unable to find the powder. I guess they quit making it. This is much nicer and easier to use.

The product is easy to swallow and doesn’t have any aftertaste. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, and for that I am thankful!

I have used citrucel for years, but have had to switch to this product. I can't detect any difference. That said, the last bottle I received had quite a few broken.

Not much to say other than they work. No gas build up. That’s good.
