Followed another reviewers advise and got the pro with the 2 straps. (Be Cool with Bamboo, Pro) Pros: 22.5 x 10 x 4 inches is the perfect size and perfect width. No too hard and not to soft, just right Cons: The cover started shredding after just a few nights. The price, very expensive. I tried many types of pillows and this fit my needs. Helps with sciatica and works better than a regular pillow. I thought I may use the 2 straps to keep it in place, turns out I find the straps are annoying. Ended up using a regular pillow case to cover the shredding cover. Held in place with with a rubber band. Doesn't look too pretty but it works great.

The issue is a pure lack of quality. It's promises, are easily accomplished with a regular pillow. Removed case to wash the case...the foam likely cost 8 dollars. It shed crumbles too the touch. Its really sad that this product is sold for more than the 15 dollars or less, of its true value. Keep looking...the only nice quality is that its rectangle fitting neatly between legs. Totally overpriced.

This item is way overpriced. . I’ve had it for 3 nights and have not noticed it being a help to my pain while sleeping. Would not recommend this item to anyone for the price.

The straps get in the way of its comfort. No straps needed, I had to cut them off.

For years I used a dense piece of memory foam cut about 24x24 inches and it was 4 inches thick. I never lost it at night either. I had to finally replace it and bought this leg pillow. I've had about a week. I thought it would be wider. Its very soft but I DO have to use the straps to keep it from moving around. Sometimes the Velcro edges will get up against my skin and can be annoying. I bought the cooling technology one and I'm quit impressed with that as the one I used for years did get hot at times. It definitely gets rid of my back pain as my other one did! I also like that its long down the leg. All in all its a great product.

The cool gel appears to be blue paint! The cover fell apart. I ordered a second and returned unopened. Amazon credit for retiring product but company did not return money for extra cover….that was returned unopened! Multiple attempts to contact company unsuccessful. BTW…this is the worse review I’ve ever given.

advertised as therapeutic firm foam it was no more than memory foam which my knee sunk into and offered no support for my hip or leg

Hoping this would help me. Instead it cost me too much money for no results. Very aggravating trying to use.
