Slippery Pete - Fluid Pump for Standard Quart Bottles - 8cc per Pump Stroke and 3rd Hand Adapter, Transfer Gear Oil, Transmission and Differential Fluid (28mm)

This is a very straight forward little pump that works just as it should. It was the perfect tool for my CVTF replacement where there was zero ability to pour the fluid directly from the bottler into the fill hole. The best feature of this pump is the handy clip at the end of pump tub that holds the tube in the fill hole while your pumping. You will be glad it's there as you would need three hands to do the job if it weren't. You will need to trim one of the two tubes provided to reach the exact bottom of your quart container. After use, clean the entire pump assembly by pumping (only) paint thinner or mineral spirits through it, then follow up with a mix of hot soapy water and liquid dish washing detergent (like Dawn) to remove residue. Then, pump clear water through it until it's empty and lay it in the sun to evaporate any remaining moisture.

Pump works well! Made the job easy and clean to do. Would highly recomend picking this one up and it also moves a good amount of fluid per pump.

I've used this pump several times since purchasing it and have found that it is a good value for the money and is very easy to use. I appreciate that it comes with multiple different sizes of hose extensions, and the extensions included have been sufficient for every situation I have come across thus far. Regarding the hose length, this has also been sufficient in every use case thus far and the pump is overall performing well and I expect it to do so for a while longer.

Pumps kind of slow and had a couple leaks but overall did the job. The hose could use to be longer but it worked okay. There are better built pumps out there, but this was good enough to get the job done. Not sure it’ll last a long time if you use it a lot. I usually only expect to get one use out of this style pump anyway. Would give it five stars if it had a longer hose and didn’t leak, but a pump of this kind isn’t built to get that much use out of. Overall I would recommend this for most DIY home mechanics as it makes. The job much easier than trying any other way.

Perfect use case for pumping manual trans fluid. pumped a quart or 2 into my trans without any fail/leaks, great product, easy to use, durability, long, good plastic material tube fits great into most trans

This pump worked very well for moving oil from a quart bottle into differentials and transfer cases where it's difficult to use a funnel. I've used a few different brands - this one didn't leak when pumping, the hose insert clamp worked well, and pumped a decent amount of fluid with each pump. (Putting just under 2 quarts in a rear differential was fairly fast.) This pump (like others) will leave some fluid in the bottom of the bottle - the tube that goes into the bottle is not long/bendy enough to reach into a corner.

Bought this to change the diff fluid in my challenger. Worked great and i was able to do it fairly quick (never done a dif fluid change on a challenger before). worth the money for sure.

Worked perfectly for pumping transmission fluid into the reservoir to fill it, , it’s easier with an electric pump, this is a good alternative for a budget!!!
