This is amazing. Great port.I have played this game on Xbox. If you’ve played this game on Xbox you know what I’m about to say. It is horrible on Xbox. The game won’t even load. I was out $100 for this game. So with reluctance I bought it for the switch.The game plays well. You can tap the power/idle button and the game loads right back up. I tested the idle button, turning the game on and off after every turn. It only crashed once. So the game runs beautifully.This is a great port. The game looks almost as good as the consoles. Barely a difference. Character creation is so fun. If you love turn based games, this is the game for you.There is one small down side to playing this on the switch rather than a TV. The writing is super small and almost impossible to read at times. This makes it hard to know what upgrades I need to pick. If I could change anything, it is to make the writing bigger or give an option to make it bigger.Thanks for reading. Hope this helps

I will say first, i am not a much of a gamer. This game is still hard to finish. Even on easy. You're gonna die all the time and be annoyed. Other than that, i loved the first game (with cheats) and the second one is even better. Load times are slow when loading saved games, but i have not noticed many glitches as many have said. The graphics are pretty good on the switch. some words can be hard to read on the screen, but overall they did a wonderful job on this.

While it's great to be able to play xcom on the go, the wotc campaign has a horrible glitch that needs to be patched : squadsight does not work, making snipers completely useless. Other than that, it good ol xcom.

Coming from the PC version, this is a terrible port of a great game. Wanted to have a portable version of it, but it's simply not as fun due to the glitches and graphics issues. First off, the quality of graphics is terrible -- things just don't look right and with weird antialiasing, as well. The soldiers at the mission prep screen have this weird glow around them and overall blur around them. Secondly, many load screens before missions are simply just black screens and I'm left wondering "is this mission loading?". Lastly, this game will also a hefty download (24GB) out of the box in order to get necessary contents. I got this for cheap during Black Friday so I'm very glad I didn't waste more money on it.

Hey, the graphics aren't PC quality, but the game play is top-notch. For strategy gamers, this should be a no-brainer. One of the best games I've gotten on the Switch.

XCOM brings back so many good memories. I played this game on PC years and years ago! This game follows XCOM and their attempts to save the world. If you enjoyed the original XCOM, you will LOVE this game!

Comes with cartridge but requires massive download — not a problem for me, but if you have limited internet access, be mindful. Great product and quick shipping!

Me ha gustado bastante y el hecho de tenerlo portátil le da una ventaja. Si hay una baja en gráficos pero no es injugable a menos que seas alguien que le interesen los ultragráficos, no es para ti.
