Q: I cant find a harness that is XS in this color with only the harness. Can i get a link to it?

Q: Would this work for a 65 lb greyhound?

There are different sizes. Mine fits a 15 lb terrier and there is room to make it bigger. So the bigger size should work for other dogs

Q: My dog's chest circumference is 19", but her neck is on the small size 14". Whay size? (Many failed harnesses because of neck.)

Very nice harness. Smooth strap across the belly, well thought out. Very easy to put on and take off. Does run a bit large. My mini schnauzer, 18 lbs and measurements should have fit a small size, but putting it on and after adjusting, it was still too large around. I returned the small size and replaced it with the extra small. Fits perfectly! She has 19" chest. Neck does have an adjustment that helps make it smaller. Works well. (original review 7/01/2022)

Q: I see a lot of reviews with photo's of torn harnesses. Has the material quality changed to fix this issue?

No. the harness doesn’t last. they will replace if you mail back to them and then pay an additional $12.95. not worth the effort. it usually gets torn at the same spots and my dog doesn’t chew.
