I put these on my f150 coyote with a x pipe and all I can say is wow. They really refine the sound of the coyote clap. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get rid of that annoying high pitched drone.

Gets the job done
Yea it does a little something. My bronco just had a huge cannon for a muffler, no resonator. I put a flowmaster muffler on and it sounded good, but a little too loud and a little too much drone. This little resonator dialed down the drone and overall volume. I’ve used Vibrants in the past, but for 1/3 the cost…. It’s worth it. Also, it did need to be stretched a little to fit on 2.5OD pipe.

SO far so good
I bought this to put on my 1986 Ford F-250 which has a warmed over Ford 351W and was quite loud with a large magnaflow style muffler and a 2.5" dual to 3" single exhaust that dumped in front of the right rear tire. I put a new muffler on the same size and bought the prebent 2.5" factory tailpipe and installed this resonator between the muffler and tailpipe. The truck has a nice mellow sound to it that doesn't splatter or rap but still makes plenty of noise at higher RPM and load with no drone. Quality seems good. I used lap joint band clamps and that worked well with it.

**stainless steel that requires a Tig welder to properly install**
Buyer be aware - this is stainless steel. Unless you have access to a Tig welder or a shop with one, clamping is going to be about your only other option.Due to this I have not yet installed it and will update my review once I've done so.
