good product and quick arrival. fits hospital bed easily
Only complaint is that this mattress/pump system basically only lasts about one year and then starts to lose pressure and bottom out in the middle. but when it works it is a very good alternating pressure mattress and has helped to keep my husband's wound from getting any worse.

Not going to last long. Works well until it doesn't anymore.
Wish I took a video but I'm not using it anymore. Didn't even hold up for a month before losing pressure. It uses the same pump as a much thinner model not sure why, but the bed is ok to lay on. It's when you sit up on adjustable frame or when transferring it doesn't hold up to the weight being shifted to a centralized point. I'm only 175lbs and can only imagine if you are heavier the trouble you'll encounter.

My mother really immediately loved the comfort of this bed and her bed sores ...
My mother really immediately loved the comfort of this bed and her bed sores healed as just keeping her dry and clean and turning her on a regular mattress with eggcrate just wasn't working. The only problem is when the electricity goes out and the mattress looses air within two hours and it is very uncomfortable on the wire bed frame. I bought a topper to go under the mattress so my mother wont be on the wire when it deflates also looking into a generator. A great product and so easy to put together. I also bought an airpro that does look sturdier in case the mattress springs a leak or the pump stops working. The cover is a good protector of the product and the pump works well so far and makes little noise. The static position doesn't seem to do much. I really recommend this product.

Do not buy wasting my money poor quality not no comfort hard as a rock
The price was great, it pays to have a peace of mind. I had no peace the quality of the bed was poor the bed was hard like a brick or concrete. I do not recommend this bed to a person that has stage one the stage 4 wounds this bed does not prevent wounds I brought this bed because of the comments. In a sad part about it I can't return it

Great value, great comfort, and helpful - Just wish it lasted longer!
I also posted the below review as an answer to a questionThis mattress is very good and lives up to everything it says it will do, but only lasted about 1 year - FOR ME, please keep this in mind.Yes you can use it as a mattress by itself - HOWEVER THIS IS NOT WHAT IT WAS INTENDED FOR! It's a topper mattress exactly like the ones you lay on in the hospital. It's meant to prevent and relieve pain and bed sores as well as help with your lower leg circulation by alternating between every other batten filling and deflating. You can turn this feature off by flipping a switch and putting it in Static Mode. I'm bedridden with a terminal disease and it did solve my pain, bedsores, and helped with my circulation. My only complaint is that after just under a year it was shot. Granted it did what it said it would for a solid 10 months - after that it would only run in static mode. I've no idea if anyone else has experienced this problem. I could have just received a defective bed/pump. And at $250 *(I rounded up just for sake of this comment - actual price varies depending on sales and such)*, you really can't beat the benefits plus if you do run into any of the same problems we did, it doesn't cost that much to replace. Hopefully this was helpful and would be intrested to know if anyone else had same problem we did or if, as I previously mentioned, we just got a defective unit. Thanks so much and again hope this was helpful OH! and FYI lol I'm here because I fixing to buy a replacement. If I have the same issue I'll let folks know and guess I'll have to look at a different model but let's just see how round 2 goes first! LololLady Anne ^^ö^^ (Jessica M. Kandal, PhD)

Good for the price!
Although the pressure is not quite as variable as the hospital Ayre beds, for the price we were very happy. My mom used it for three weeks in a TCU, and will probably use again after next surgery.

Some issues to be aware of for price
I'm a C5-c6 incomplete quadriplegic and been in many air mattress. For the price it seems fine, however the static function doesn't seem to work. I've only had it just over a month and one of the bladders has a leak and trying to find a replacement bladder is an issue and if you are lucky to find them it is not cheap and takes forever to get them. So please beware especially if you have pressure soars.
