Only Hangers Weathered Barnwood Slatwall Panels 24" H x 48" L (Set of 2 Panels)

I bought this set because I needed a place to display my Loungefly backpacks since I can only technically use one at a time. I formerly used freestanding coat hangers, but it turns out I already had 3 coat hangers in use and needed to get a 4th one.This works great! I should have taken a picture of it before putting the bags up, but I forgot. And I'm not taking them down. (Also, it should be noted that there is enough room between the top of this set and the ceiling, so I can put another level up if needed. Thank you for asking.)This comes in 2 heavy pieces. If you are really strong and really steady and have long arms, you *might* be able to put this up yourself. I wrangled my hubby in to help. This set only comes with two 2'x4' boards. There is no hardware, even for attaching to the wall. We used 6 screws for each panel, screwed directly into studs. This set also doesn't come with hangers. You can also have one above the other to get a square. My ceilings are 9 feet tall, so I have this up on a wall with a desk underneath.Now hubby wants to get another set for his lair. I am so impressed at how nice this looks.

Terrible packaging for use with Amazon. Arrived in one piece and add described, but with cosmetic damage to the corners of the slatwall. I used a sanding block and small file to 'fix' the damage.

The panels arrived quickly and were well packed, but the short side (2') had a 1/4" bow along the entire 4' length (both pieces). This is evidence of poor storage practices. I believe the panels are made of medium-density fiberboard which is very susceptible to distortion especially in high humidity environments. This complicates the mounting of the slatboard to the backing material

Sadly, the groves are YELLOW not dark as the ad photo shows. The boards have sawdust as you slide the brackets into place. I paid extra for a grey barnwood and it looks very plasticy and fake in person. Grab white and paint it instead. I gave it 3 stars as it does function. I just now need to paint it. Which not having to paint was the point in buying the barnwood to begin with instead of the cheaper white versions.

Good product but arrived damaged. Poor packaging

I really like the barn wood pattern on these panels. They seem really sturdy so far, I've had them up for about a month. My only advice is to open the box outside and brush the grooves out really well because they are full of fine dust that gets everywhere.

I bought two of these and they are great! Much heavier than I expected, but very good quality!
